Fantastic vets and support staff. Have been with them for over 10 years and cannot praise them highly enough. Very friendly, very professional and nothing is too much trouble for them. Highly recommended.

Hendrik is the main vet at this practice and both he and his staff are exceptionally welcoming. Pets receive his personal attention and owners are reassured. All animals are treated in a professional manner and pet owners are welcomed, shown kindness and understanding. The whole experience is a positive one. This practice is open weekdays and weekends, with limited opening on a Sunday. However, the practice is always contactable by phone at any time.

We have been using Four Paws vets for the last 18 years. I don't think they are the cheapest but all of the staff are very caring & helpful.

Hamish Duncan and his team are most professional, always taking the time to explain the course of treatment prescribed, the effects and any further action required. Even my two weird cats react well to Hamish

Fantastic, friendly vets - they saved my GSD bitch when she contracted a uterine infection. Their prompt, professional attention and care made a very worrying time easier to handle. She's now fully recovered and will be going back soon for her annual check up.

Our experience of this vet is very positive, especially after losing faith in our local vet who we had used for twenty years. This isn't an all singing and dancing vet but a good old fashioned honest vet that seems to place animal Welfare above commercial interests.

I have been using the practice for over 30 years and remember when Valerie first joined and she has always had a very calm and reassuring manner with the animals. She listens carefully to what you have to say before thoroughly looking at the animal, before making a judgement about the problem. She is always friendly and easily relaxes you when you are concerned for your pet. All the staff are extremely friendly and professional and present a welcoming front when you are greeted at the door. I am on my third generation of dog and cat and wouldn't dream of going to another vet.

Valerie, the main vet there, is brilliant. She is very gentle with the animals and is able to handle highly strung pets without causing undue stress to them as well. She is very friendly, listens to what you say and explains things very well, as well as communicating all the options to you without pushing you to a particular choice. All the vet nurses are very helpful and friendly and all the staff is very calm and all are animal lovers - both of which I feel are very important for an animal in that environment. Treatment for ongoing conditions and surgery aftercare is excellent.

Always excellent and friendly service. Staff give good advice and know their clients and pets. Efficient referrals to Willows Vet Hospital too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Having used the same vet for over thirty years I was very upset when he retired and sold his practice in Walkden. As I had complete faith in him I was very worried about going to a different vet. I chose to go to the trader , part of the Woodcroft Veterinary Group, initially because it is near to home, it has proved to be an excellent choice. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and the standard of care that our cats have received is first class. Parking is easy, the appointment system runs smoothly and to time, visits are not at all stressful, even our 'stroppy' cat seems quite relaxed and allows the vet to examine her without too much protest, this is a recommendation in itself! All my worries were unfounded and I am one hundred percent happy with this veterinary practice, I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

I have used Mr Steve Harrison for some years now and he has always been helpful and a jolly good vet and his support staff are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this surgery.
