Ian made my daughter's wedding day even more special. Right from when he arrived (at 10 am) until he left, both he and his assistant were absolutely brilliant. How they kept going is beyond me. Plus the pre-wedding practice shoot (at no extra cost) is a lovely added bonus.

It is refreshing to find someone like Daniel who is totally honest, reliable, well informed with a pleasing personality. He recently visited my property in Warrington to complete an Energy Performance Certificate. Daniel later informed me that I already had a valid certificate available on line and there would be no charge. Daniel also acts as a property agent and I would not hesitate in contacting him regarding this matter should I wish to rent my property again.

Gary Melling was the surveyor that we dealt with:recommended by our builderwhen we wanted to have a porch built.Agreed the price,drawings done/changed a bit,agreed within days.Excellent service-he also advised us on some issues with our house.Professional,very good value,flexible and willing to advise.Nice bloke to boot !!No hesitation to recommend.

I used this firm to carry out an ensuite refurbishment. It was a pleasure to work with them. They are very knowledgeable and carried out the work to a high standard in a very professional manner. They consulted me throughout the work to ensure it was what I wanted. Both Ian and Colin are very pleasant people and I have already booked them to do another small roofing job.

This is a small local switched on letting agency run by committed people with an interest in energy efficiency and green living. I own a house which they now let out. I got advice on obtaining a better energy performance for the necessary certificate now needed when houses are let out and they were sensible professional and helpful throughout when I asked them to manage the house, finding tenants within days. They are head and shoulders above the usual giants of letting agency companies.

They were the Estate Agents for the sellers of the property I bought but they were so helpful, pleasant, friendly and efficient that I will certainly use them if and when I am selling.

Having used financial advisers in the past, I have always regarded them with a healthy level of scepticism. However, having recently required professional financial advice, I found this company has restored my faith in the profession. The adviser was down to earth, knowledgeable and practical. Full account was taken of my particular circumstances and my current and long-term requirements. I was given a full range of options with pro's and con's carefully discussed and then I was able to make an informed decision in my own time. There were no consultation fees for exploratory discussions, and on take-up of services, the range of fees were clearly listed. This gave me the option to choose from a menu of services and to pay in full for a one-off transaction, or annually for a fully or semi-managed service.

We used this photographer to take photos of our wedding. We found his charges most reasonable compared with the competition and were delighted with both the album and the complementary DVD. We can recommend him without hesitation.
