I provided Mr Elias with an instruction to produce a Building Survey for a 1930s semi-detached. The inspection was thorough and the report comprehensive. Risks highlighted were well quantified. Mr Elias certainly demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience of period build. He seems like a nice chap to boot. I would certainly use Hextalls again and would not hesitate to recommend.
