Alan Richardson was so helpful. Having not moved house for 36 years we didn't have a clue about selling ours and buying our new home. He was very patient, explained every stage and all went through smoothly, despite agro from the other solicitors. His advice was exemplary and his costs were exactly as quoted. Can not be faulted.

We appointed John Lowe of MLP to carry out a survey of a house we were looking to buy as he was recommended to us by several friends. We found him to be extremely thorough and honest. He picked up on some very important issues that we were not aware of and was happy to discuss any concerns we had and offer advice after the survey had been carried out. The prices charged by MLP are very competitive and I felt that we got very good value for money due to the care and attention John gave to our survey. I would happily use his services again and recommend him to others without hesitation.

Follow up review: We first recommended this business as Ottaways Solicitors. Since they have merged with Dednehams Ottaways Solicitors we have used them for our legal requirements, but have only communicated with them regarding our historic arrangements which have been ported to the new company.  We have not to date had ay new service requirements as yet but are very happy with the current arrangements and would still recommend them as our previous rating.

Tony Herbert surveyed a home we are planning to buy. As this is an older building we were keen to obtain someone thorough and well qualified who would not gloss anything over. Importantly, he is fully independent and not tied in with local estate agents. He was very approachable, helpful and performed the survey rapidly and professionally. His report, delivered personally, is very clear. He has told us exactly what we need to consider and I am sure he has saved us some unpleasant surprises. His charge was very reasonable. A great find.

Follow up Review: Having used Chamberlyns for financial advice for 6 years now I remain more than satisfied with their service, especially in the light of the current economic state of the country. Have recently gained accreditation on the Register of the Insitute of Financial Planners.

I hired Karen as I wanted some professional photos of my new dog for family Christmas presents. I don't drive but Karen was very flexible and carried out all of the photography in my home. The whole experience was very enjoyable and Karen has a great way with animals which made my dog feel completely relaxed, which resulted in some fantastic shots which really captured his personality. My family were over the moon with their presents which were very reasonably priced - fantastic value would definitely use her service again.

Karen made us all feel totally at easy. she is very professional & fun at the same time, we had great fun doing the photo shoot, she is very enthusiasic & full of great poses & ideas & has a natural way of making you feel at easy & comfortable & beatiful!!!!!! the photos were ready to view on the webside within days. we were so pleased with them, they were truly stunning, what an amazing job!!!!

I have been renting a property from this estate agent for a few years now and I can say is that they are great, whenever I have had a problem it has been sorted quickly, and if I need anything they are there. I have mainly dealt with Phil, Rebecca & Graham they are all very friendly, polite and honest. They also helped sell my property about 5 years ago, yet again another good service.

trader have provided an excellent service in selling my property. Every aspect of their work has been exemplary, from the production of the property details (which are the best I have seen) through to the frequent updates on the progress of the sale and willingness to contact all other parties involved. Working against non-ideal market conditions, they managed to secure many viewings and conducted all bar one of these themselves. All of the staff in the office were able to discuss and advise - no ill-informed weekend part-timers!

We had a family portrait done and Arif was brilliant with my boys - 3 years and 17 months and got some great shots of them and us as a family.
