My wife and I were looking for an interest only mortgage and were very disappointed with Lloyds Bank's response, but found Simone Gilks of Beauwater in the yellow pages and she was able to look at the whole of the mortgage market for us and after much perserverance was able to find a suitable mortgage for us. We were very impressed with the service we received and she always kept us fully informed regarding progress.

I have used many Estate Agency's in the past but no one has been as professional and proactive as Malcolms. What I have liked about them in particularly is that they know very well the market they cover, they will give you a realistic price to market your hose so that you will, in the end, sell your house and the professionalism of their staff. I could have not been happier with their help and support. They even help me after a few months I sold my house while trying to buy my new house in another area. I rank this Estate agency 10 out 10. Used for conveyancing on our sale and purchase. Kept in regular contact by email and phone and worked diligently to push through to completion in record time. They are not yet VAT registered (at time of writing) such that all fees were VAT free and did not charge hidden extras such as additional mortgage work and stamp duty fees.

Really impressed with the service we received as new customers, so we'll definately return. I think we already had our £250 fee's worth for pensions review report just through our initial meeting discussion (3hrs). Fees then offset against recommended product should you choose to take one up.

I have found the services they offer excellent in particular they have help me to find a mortgage lender for a non conventional construction. They have been very supportive and knowlegeable. The service is free the borrower so great value for money!
