Called this company out today to check out a disconnected gas fire. Their friendly engineer gave me honest advice, that basically I would be wasting my money on trying to repair. How very refreshing to have impartial advice. He also fixed a non working radiator in minutes. I will definatlely be using this company again and Would recommend without question. Value rated 5 star but yet to receive a bill!

trader refurbished a bathroom and shower/cloakroom. The work was completed to a high standard within budget. The attention to detail and creative approach to technical problems were impressive. The end result is excellent.

I had booked another plumber to come and mend a leak, but he fell ill. The drip, meanwhile, had got a lot worse, and was getting the wall far too wet. When I rang, Keith was in the middle of a job but came to us when he had finished, arriving after 7:30 in the evening. A temporary job would have been more than acceptable, but Keith insisted on doing a proper job immediately, provided that he had the parts he needed in his van. He did, and he did. I can't praise him highly enough, and strongly recommend him.

Plumber called on time as promised to advise me. He gave me full information as to my options and the costs. Top quality service from start to finish. He arrived on time on both occasions, the final price was very much in line with his quote. I'd certainly use them again without question. It's good to find someone offering such a great service.

Completely gutted and re-fitted kitchen, including plumbing and electrics. Hard-working one-man band, always came as promised, flexible and accommodating on any changes as work progressed, cheerful, considerate and a pleasure to have in the house. Bought kitchen units and granite worktops through him at trade prices. Excellent final result.

Superb craftsman. Julian has installed two ensuite shower rooms for us, and we are delighted with the results. Julian will not cut corners or do a shoddy job. Timekeeping was very good. He cleans up at the end of each day. He discusses the job and any problems and works with you, the customer, to achieve the end product you want. His estimates are detailed and any extra work is clearly discussed before he proceeds. A gem.
