Paint & varnish removers in the UK

I used P&J Pine on the recommendation below. Phil is extremely helpful and came from Crystal Palace to Kingston on the day I phoned to give me a quote. quote very reasonable and standard of work good. Not always on time though when carrying out the job but a minor inconvenience.

Although Dominic's main trade is french polishing we used him to hand paint an old pine kitchen. He was recommended by a friend who had used him for both painting and polishing. When he came to quote he offered some really helpful advice and left use with a price, some colour cards and his phone number. His price was very competitive and his work was extremely good. It took 8 days to prepare and paint the kitchen but the inconvenience was minimal and Dominic was a pleasure to have around, a really friendly guy who is full of useful tips and advice. I have no hesitation in recommending him

When we started redecorating the house we decided to have all the internal doors stripped of paint before we started. We contacted two local companies and decided to use trader as they were the nearest to us. I called and arranged for collection of the doors and agreed a price for the work. The doors were collected and returned on time and were finished ready for sanding and painting. The cost and service was excellent, so we used them for a second set of doors these again were collected and returned on time, ready for sanding and painting. An excellent service

We have used trader twice now, first to polish a staircase, and recently to polish new oak doors. We found him to be very helpful and his work is of an extremely high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending him, and would certainly use him again in the future.

P.J. Pine & Sons stripped four doors for me. They offered an high standard of service and did excellent work. Phil Jackson (proprietor) is a really nice chap and went out of his way to accommodate me. He took the doors off their hinges for me, collected them, stripped them and then returned and re-hung them all. I am extremely happy with his work and would recommend him without hesitation. They also do all sorts of furniture stripping, floor sanding etc.
