Roman and his team renovated an existing bathroom and created a new bathroom in an existing bedroom. They arrived early every morning, 6 days a week and worked to a very high standard over 4 weeks. They were very clean and tidy in everything they did and we are very impressed with the result. I would be happy to use them again. Although the work took longer than expected, Roman honoured his original quotation and we were impressed with that as well

Roman organised the removal of old plaster, re-plastering and redecoration in a bedroom. His friendly team worked hard and kept the place tidy throughout. Roman's management of the work was highly professional, he was a pleasure to deal with and we will ask him to quote for future work at our house.

Roman carried out some plumbing tasks for me recently: investigating and rectifying a leaking shower unit which was recessed into a tiled wall, replacing a tap in the garden, and fixing a dripping pipe in the roof. The bathroom shower proved to be a complex challenge, and Roman took time to explain the nature of the complications and the choices of action available to us. He was able to resolve the problem without breaking any tiles and was kind enough to point out that the unit would be likely to leak again in 5 years (the alternative was to remove the cartridge to replace the seals but this would mean breaking some of the tiles which I was reluctant to do). Roman was polite, professional and carried out his work diligently. He contacted me beforehand to let me know he was running 10 minutes late. I would definitely use him again.

Denise explains things in a very clear way. SHe let me know all options. Emails and calls were dealt with promptly as was the job. Very personable and I felt in safe hands. The job was carried out professionally by one of her engineers.

I had a big amount of damp coming into my sitting room. I looked up in which local for recommendations and found Tony. His men came at the appointed time worked quickly and well and cleared up after them. The price was very reasonable and I am pleased with the outcome. No more damp

I had a problem with a rented flat in London (I live abroad). Anthony's team came out and gave me a very satisfactory quote. They were able to communicate well with me and the tenants living there. They have done an excellent job and I'm very happy with the service and work they provide. Anthony is a very friendly guy who doesn't try to pull the wool over your eyes, he's honest and reliable and didn't add on any unnecessary work as other companies tried to. Brilliant recommendation for both residential houses and commercial properties.

We were pleased with both the estimate and the work. We didn't feel that our ignorance about damp proofing was being exploited, as with some other estimates, and the work was finished quickly and tidily. The new fan in the bathroom took longer, because the wiring proved to be a bit dodgy. This was rectified at no extra cost and we are very happy with the result.

Roman and his team recently removed a couple of walls in our house and did a wonderful job. They were quick, tidy and the communication before and after was great. When a pipe leaked (due to faulty parts not their work) he came back the next day and put it right. Would absolutely use again.

Steve Andrews is an excellent fitted kitchen installer. He recently stripped out our old kitchen and installed new sink, work tops and units. He was professional at all times and was a big help from the start.The work was completed to a very high standard and we cannot recommend him highly enough. He was always polite, tidy and completely trustworthy and we would definitely use him again.

Sam completely redone our bathroom recently, and had previously built a shed for us outside. We were extremely happy with all the work he did, and our bathroom now looks great. Sam is a conscientious, honest, and very efficient worker, as are his colleagues, and we highly recommend him for any such work. We will also return to him for any future work we need done without hesitation.

I found Roman through Which Local so felt I should feedback too. Bottom line is that Roman and his team were fantastic and we would use them again without question. We were having a flat renovated after it had been let out for a number of years. It needed a new bathroom (lowered ceiling with recessed lighting, replacement wall, tiled floor, new suite, rain shower, electric towel rail), new kitchen (removed and replaced existing units, put in under unit lighting, boxed in unsightly piping, tiled floor) and redecoration of the entire flat including sanding and sealing the wooden floor. We handed over the keys and left Roman to it. He kept us up to date with photographs and checked in regularly to ask questions or make suggestions that he thought would improve the overall finish, such as siting the shower at the opposite end of the bath and putting in an upstand to finish off the worktop. He really pays attention to the little details that make the end result look high quality. The whole process for us was very easy as Roman managed all the different trades so we only had to communicate with him. Once works were complete, we returned to a beautifully finished flat, which we are now very sad to be selling - it looks so good that we wish we could live there again!
