trader is the best value for money in the Plymouth area for kitchen and bathroom design and supply. Steve Bunch is the best designer by far in Plymouth. We tried all the local kitchen and bath places, as well as installers, and even some suppliers and bespoke places farther out, plus the big chains. Steve has the best design ability, knows the manufacturers and latest options, and provides honest, high quality, individual service. Prices are reasonable. Plus he's great to interact with. Very helpful. I felt that I could put full faith that the kitchen and bath installations would go smoothly with Steve in charge. He was so popular that he wasn't available for the install, but we bought our kitchen from him because his design ability was the best by far in Plymouth, and he's super nice and knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would certainly use him again for any other kitchen or bath needs.

Lee Willis was extremely efficient and he was helpful in putting right a lot of faults made by a previous disastrous builder .He went the extra mile to help us I would recommend him to anyone His price was fair and workmanship was very good.

Kitchen Fitter and Supplier – Would Definitely Consider Using Again trader Tavistock – Mr Kevin Young We have a small kitchen which required complete refit. A number of quotes were requested and promised. trader – Mr Kevin Young - was one of those who actually turned up and quoted. The quote required minor amendment – as we had some changes to appliances. The amendment was done quickly. Referees were requested and gave good accounts of their experiences of trader . The references led us to ask trader to do the work. There was a slight mix-up over the start date. Once this was resolved, work started on time, although trader was still finishing an earlier contract elsewhere. Every effort was made by trader to minimise disruption. Noise was minimal and, so far as practicable, everything was cleared away at the end of each day. The three persons who came to the house were polite and friendly – this included the electrical sub-contractor. Minor amendments we made to the specification were accommodated with only minimal difficulty. While on site, the possibility of installing a new en-suite bathroom was discussed. Mr Young indicated enthusiasm for quoting for the work. Kitchen work was completed to a good standard. All rubbish was removed from the site. I would definitely consider using trader again. Note: A quote was in fact requested for the en-suite bathroom and additionally for refitting an existing bathroom. Mr Young advised he is (March 2013) heavily engaged in preparing a new showroom venture. He has indicated now that he’d prefer not to quote for the bathroom works at present because of this commitment. He has been asked to indicate when he might be willing to do the work or whom he’d recommend as an alternative. Absence of response seems uncharacteristic and is doubtless because of the commitment to the showroom. trader was given sight of this review before publication. No comment was received

We used Alan to modify our kitchen. He arrived as promised and completed the job to a high quality of finish. He made a number of suggestions that improved the layout and was always happy to modify things to our requirement. He always cleared up at the end of each day.

Following a friend's recommendation we asked Hans to provide a design for a new combined bathroom and toilet. He provided us with a design and quotation which we were happy with. The work was completed and we are delighted with our new bathroom. Hans and Derek worked very hard and managed to keep the mess and inconvenience to an absolute minimum. They have given us a room to be proud of and have responded very quickly in providing a couple of additional extra items for us at no extra cost. We have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending trader .

Hundreds of kitchen top choices & with really helpful staff. The kitchen fitters did a really 1st class neat job with a real 'can do' attitude and with high skills and knowledge. The installation was done on time and budget with no hassle at all. I have real pleasure in recommending this co. and will certainly use them again for any similar work.
