Ernie is a very helpful and reliable handyman who is able to offer advice and good quality reliable labour without worrying about hidden expenses. He was up-front with a quote and our skirting boards and radiators are working a treat and look good too! We will certainly be using him again in the near future!

On short notice Stuart offered to paint our new house at pensioners' rate. The walls were nicotine stained and dirty. He kept us informed yet allowed us to make decisions. He finished well before our moving deadline. He is cheerful and professional. We will call him when we require further work done.

Andrew is a very conscientious worker. He has done several jobs but I was particularly impressed by the job he did in erecting a long fence and gate at my house.

We've used Ernie for making a replacement window, replacing exterior woodwork and guttering and installing chimney cowls and he seems ready and able to turn his hand to just about anything to do with property maintenance and repairs. His work is of a high quality and he's reliable. He may not be the cheapest around but we felt he was good value for money and will certainly continue to use him.

Geoff is a friendly and competent workman who arrives when he says he will, he takes a pride in his work, and cleans up after completion. I first used the services of trader several years ago (in the late 90's)  when Geoff painted our outside windows, soffits etc., on this occasion a garage window was replaced.  Geoff came at the time he stated and on completion cleaned up the area removing the old window etc.

Following the discovery of a leak in my bathroom I called Tom. To my great satisfaction he came and solved the problem in short notice, remaining polite and courteous throughout. Good bloke with great skills, highly recommended.

After reviewing Paul on this website I contacted him re: replacing my kitchen worktops and sink for an upgrade prior to wanting to put my house on the market. I was impressed firstly by him turning up to give an estimate and putting "overshoes" on, as he did when he turned up on day one!! i provided worktop and sink and the job took two days - charged £250! Paul takes pride in his work and the job he's doing, he's clean and tidies up after himself - what more can you ask for! I've already asked him to come back in January 2012 to replace my bathroom and retile....I'll repost afterwards. Highly recommended and I would (am) definitely using his services again!

I have waited until the end of winter before writing this recommendation. This is certainly not a reaction to anything negative regarding Sean’s work in fact the opposite is the case. On previous occasions the step building and roof pointing have looked fine when other companies have left the house only for me to find that after the effects of winter both areas have started to crumble. In Sean’s case his work looks as good now as when it was completed in November. Highly recommended.

Replaced the roofing felt that had blown off the roof of the garden shed. A friendly and willing worker who does a range of property repair work. He fitted my job into his work schedule as soon as he possibly could, within a few days. Although only replacement of the ridge section of felt had been requested, he just went ahead and did the lot with no increase on his original very reasonable estimate charge.
