I had a problem with my electrics cutting out, late on a Friday afternoon. I rang Phil and he was very helpful in giving me a routine by which I could either identify the fault, or even cure it. As it happens this cured the problem. I will certainly call Phil if I need el;ectrical work done in the future.

This man is good - an excellent electrician. We found him on this site and he did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Laurence totally updated the electrics in a 1930s semi. The work included the installation of high tech wiring for numerous devices as well as the normal plugs and sockets. All work was of a very high standard. Laurence was completely reliable and honest. On several occasions we left him with house keys while we went out. We thoroughly recommend him without any reservation.

Craig is just a fantastic person to deal with—on time, tidy, accurate, reasonably priced, efficient and just so obliging. He has justified my membership to Which a hundred times over. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

We found Paul through Which? Local and had him replace a centre pendant light with 5 ceiling flush spotlights. He fitted us into his schedule promptly after we accepted his reasonable estimate. He was thoroughly professional, gave us very good advice on location and provided good quality fittings. He worked quickly and safely at all times and gave a final product exactly as we specified and also sorted out our immersion heater whilst he was with us. We would recommend him.

Originally found Martyn's name on another trader website and asked him to quote to alter the wiring in one room in my son's house in Daventry. Martyn came out promptly to quote, which was very reasonable for the amount of work to be done. The job was done shortly afterwards. He arrived on time; worked solidly and tidily; was cheerful and accommodating. I have further work coming up and will not hesitate to call him.

We used Neil to fit and supply some outside security lighting; repair an Ikea central lighting system (with multiple LED lights) which kept fusing and a standard lamp which had stopped working. Neil came out immediately that we called and sent a very reasonable quote the next day. He fixed everything and explained the faults with the 2 lights and what to do if they stopped working - which they haven't done. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and chatty. Left no mess . Would highly recommend him for odd job type work such as what we needed

I would like to add an additional review of Craig's workmanship from last week. I contacted him recently regarding a short on the socket circuit as it kept tripping out, he arrived spot on time and quickly found the fault. I had asked him to fit an additional twin socket in a small bedroom, fit two socket fronts, and replace sensor light at the rear. Also a short in wall light, all was done professionally with no mess. And at a very competitive price.

I found Craig through Which Local and he has been a couple of times to our property to do various electrical work to update and replace things. He is meticulous, does great work and also has helped in suggesting effective solutions to problems. I will be using Craig again and would not hesitate to recommend him.

This trader went at very short notice to repair a faulty socket that was in an awkward place. He is fast and efficient and reasonable.
