This company exceeded our expectations in all aspects. The staff were punctual, polite and efficient with an eye for detail. I contacted this company for a quote for new front windows and door after seeing them on Which Local. The owner (Jimmy) came out to provide a quote carrying out a thorough survey of my property, clearly explained the options available to us and worked with us to get exactly the finish we wanted. The fitters were polite, took great pride in their work and we are delighted with the finished results. I highly recommend this company and have had a positive experience throughout my dealings with them.

Replaced windows to front of close relatives house including one large bay window and one small hanging bay. Very professional with quotation (s.t.s), survey and fixed price delivery. Replaced and resealed roof over bay window and replaced supports for hanging bay. All done in 2 1/2 days with separate installers, roofer and plasterer included in price.

I used this company for a repair (hinges) on large French windows and a small bedroom window. They came promptly, did the job - which sorted out the problem- and left the site neatly. I would use them again.

Double glazing installed on whole house (inc back and french doors)- competitive price (About 2-3k less than other national companies), nice salesman, nice surveyor and nice workmen who came in and did the whole job in 3 days - no complaints so far!

Used this company twice now, first time to replace some misted-up double glazing, and the second time for sime minor repairs to the old aluminium frames. Service was excellent, did not try to "oversell", made recommendations, good products, and extremely nice friendly people. Recommended

Deciding which firm should build my conservatory was a nightmare. I called in lots of big companies and that was a mistake because they never leave you alone. Anglian, for example, drove me mad with phone calls and I ended up telling them to stop phoning - and they were not the only company to be like that. Every smaller company I called in offered the same service for around the same price and there was nothing to differentiate between them all. In the end I looked on Which local and found this firm, which is based just up the road from me. They were not the cheapest, but when I asked for a specific shape, rather than the one that everyone was offering (square with a Victorian roof) Tony immediately sketched it out and I got the conservatory I wanted. I have had some bad experiences with building firms over the years, so perhaps I was over cautious, but what really helped me decide to use this firm was the fact that we were able to speak to someone they had previously worked for, and having seen the job they did there, I thought we would hire them. Their builder, Stuart, is exceptional. He won't even stop for more than five minutes for a cup of tea, he works in all weathers and makes no excuses. If you use this firm, ask for him and his son. There were a couple of issues, but these were dealt with. Overall the firm did what they said they would do. The conservatory structure was up within a couple of weeks as they promised. We then had to leave the screed to dry out before you can lay the tiles. I hired another tiler to lay the underfloor heating and tiles, but their electrician wired up the conservatory ready for that work to be done. Have to say, I am very happy with the end result. There is some room for improvement. They left it from day to day to let me know who would be arriving the following day but a schedule of work would have helped me plan out my own week. However, when they were here they got on with the job, and when the uPVC structure arrived, the place was flooded with workmen erecting it in double quick time! One day I had a wall, and the next a fully erected conservatory. The poor guys were absolutely soaked in the torrential rain. All in all, I will give them 9 out of 10 for the way the job was carried out and 10 out of 10 for the end product and I would certainly recommend you use this company.

Very happy with the service from AGS. Quote was very competitive and they were able to install a new kitchen door and window within two weeks of my placing the order, which was much faster than I had expected. They did a very neat job and left the kitchen clean and tidy. Dealing with them was easy with no pressure to buy. Originally asked them to quote based on the recommendation of one of my neighbours. Crystal quoted for replacing 8 windows and 2 doors (total area 17m2). We agreed a competitive price £10,000. They are efficient and honest. Measured, manufactured, delivered and fitted within one month. No fuss, no mess. They completed the snagging work without complaint and lodged the FENSA registration within two weeks of completion. In short a reliable and competent service with high quality product.

This company provided me with good advice and met all my requirements for the building of a rather complex bespoke porch, to the front of my house. I was very pleased with the workmanship and the attention to detail in the finishing of the work. The double glazed door and windows are also of high quality. A company that I highly recommended.

During my search for a company to install a new double glazing upvc patio doors along with 5 windows, George and his team stood out for me. Even offering free advise as to what to ask and look for when deciding on which installers to use. Although not the cheapest quote I was happier than I expected to be such was the quality of work. I'll be asking George and his team to put in a new Composite front door later this year. Polite, friendly, efficient, reliable, skillful, trustworthy and would happily recommend.
