Craig & Chris Drake are the nicest, most straightforward, honest and efficient people you could wish to meet. Every question answered fully and clearly and work done faultlessly. Their price was at least half that of most others contacted and 1/10th that of one! Before going ahead ask around for the cost per square meter and throw out any salesmen who only offer "global" sums, spurious discounts, demand deposits and lie about government schemes. We had to give one man a cheque to get him to go and cancelled it before he got in his car! If you use anyone else, you've probably slipped up!

This company will either supply or supply and fit. On this occasion I got them to make me three large upvc double glazed windows and fitted them myself. They are very easy to fit. Fantastic value and very fast service.

I am a bricklayer and landlord of student houses and plumbed for a local window supplier after a lot of research. Very pleased with the product and the fitting of large window and patio door to my new extension to my home. A' rated glass fitted which increased the overall cost but conforms to building regulations. Showroom in Horsforth next to Woodlands DIY merchant, next to train station.

I used this company several years ago to fit French doors & windows, and to replace failed double glazing panels and they did an excellent job. As a result I have just used them to fit a replacement UPVC front door and a window at my mothers house. They came promptly, gave a good price, fitted the door and window two days later, did an excellent job and left no mess at all.

We had a large replacement 2 opener double-glazed window fitted recently by Rainbow. We were pleased with the whole experience. When we visited their showroom and explained what we wanted Tony, their MD, gave us good advice and we arranged for the work to be done on the spot. We also arranged for snap-proof locks to be fitted to our outside doors. The work was surveyed as promised and it took about 2 weeks from ordering to fitting. The work was done professionally and Carl and his mate cleaned up afterwards very well - I have never had such a sparkling window!! We had a minor problem a couple of days after fitting and Carl came the same day to sort it out. We would recommend Rainbow as price-competitive and efficient, we thought when we were told 2 weeks "we will see then" but it did happen within that time span. We have no complaints whatsoever with Rainbow.

We decided to get 3 quotes for doubling glazing the whole house including composite doors. trader Ltd had done work in the past for us and was very effiicient then. All quotes were similar. The work was done over a few days with little mess or damage to decorations. Carried out exactly what we requested and a down to earth person who knew his job.
