Independent specialist in Bosch and Hotpoint appliances. We have used Mr Williams on many occasions over the years and would not hesitate to recommend him. Most recently, our Hotpoint washing machine failed to rotate. He came the same day, fitting us in between other appointments, diagnosed the problem as a faulty motor. However, he was certain that only the brushed were worn and fitted a set on the spot. problem solved. Total cost, including callout, labour and parts £60.00. new motor would have been at least £160.00 plus fitting. Honest, knowledgeable and reliable (and very reasonable)

Steve has repaired our home electrical machines for about 15 years after being recommended by my mother-in-law. Appliances repaired and serviced during this period have included washing machines, tumble dryers, vacuum cleaners and carpet cleaner. He is punctual but if he is likely to be later than originally agreed he will 'phone to inform of the delay. He will always explain the problem with the machine and quote the cost of repair before proceeding with the work required. If he does not carry the part required on his van he will obtain the part quickly and phone to make an appointment to complete the work or to return the machine if he took it away to repair in his workshop. Steve is thoroughly reliable and honest. A call out fee is charged for the first visit only; any subsequent visit to complete a repair is not charged. I do not hesitate to recommend this trader to anyone requiring his expertise.

Phoned engineer on recommendation of another firm. He appeared almost immediately (from about 15 miles away) and rectified the problem of our non-functioning fridge (icing up in the freezer compartment) within the hour. Extremely reasonable charge - though we did feed him tea and satsuma!

Selected this supplier after the good reviews on Which Local. Matt came out exactly when he said he was coming. Tried above and beyond the call of duty to save my washing machine. When this was not economically possible, he arrange a same day supply/fit/demo at a very competitive cost. His charges were fair. Would have no problem in recommending him to anyone.

Had an issue with our Bosch dishwasher. They came out, clearly explained the problem and advised of the cheapest way to proceed given the age and condition of the washing machine. I would use them again and recommend them.

This gentleman was the only electrical repairer I managed to find who was able to repair my Dyson vacuum cleaner. He was polite, punctual, very clear about the necessary repair and cost. He contacted me, to inform me of the - small - extra problem that was encountered, when the vac was being repeaired, and the slight extra cost. Returned the vac on time. working as new. Reasonable price. Would very definitely recommend this man's services.
