Superb service by Ray. Tumble dryer broke at my daughter's home. She was away. I'm from Yorkshre and so had no contacts. Got recommendation from Which Local. Ray came on time. Diagnosed problem. Parts ordered. Returned to mend it to fit in with my return to Yorkshire. Really knew what he was doing. Amazed that London prices the same as Yorkshire! Wish he was nearer to my home. My daughter would use the company again.

Mr Sanderson repaired our dishwasher saving us over £300. He was very professional by explaining us in details the technical issue and the available options. We highly recommend him.

'James' phoned to say he is on the way, to investigate the problem with my 11 year old washing machine. Solved it with no extra charge and gave advice on it. When needing a new one in the near future, I will receive a deduction of £20 from this call out charge, towards the price of a new one.

Mr Dean arrived on time. He was polite and personable and quickly got on with the job. He quickly established that the emptying pump was not working. From our earlier phone conversation he suspected that a replacement pump may be needed and arrived with the correct model, which he quickly fitted. My washing machine was working again in under an hour and for a reasonable price. I warmly recommend Mr Dean.

Very quick, efficient and professional service. I phoned yesterday, was given price for call out and an appointment for this afternoon. The friendly engineer turned up promptly, sorted out the problem and in fact charged less as, although the dishwasher was built in, and thus more potential work, he hadn't needed to move or dismantle anything.

After moving into our new home to discover the integrated dishwasher not working, DXT were recommended to us. From the start, Tim was helpful guiding me over the phone to diagnose the fault to assess if it was something I could fix. He came around for two visits (only one call-out charge) to try and fix the dishwasher. He was thorough and spent time in trying every solution possible to get it working. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was beyond repair and Tim was helpful in sourcing a replacement. The call-out charge was fair and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking getting their dishwasher repaired.
