I have used trader for the second time after the digital display failed on my cooker. On the first visit Matt tried removing, cleaning and reinstalling the part to avoid the cost of a replacement part. Unfortunately this was only a short term fix and it failed again. Matt then ordered and fitted the part on a second visit, with no second call out fee charged. A good job again and professional service.

To summarise over 2 hours constant labour into a sentence: Mr Teagle extracted my built-in dishwasher from the kitchen units, traced the elusive fault to a broken wire inside the loom, repaired it and refitted the machine, for what I considered a reasonable charge. Pleased to recommend!

Arrived later than I expected but more than made up for it by repairing our dishwasher with a bit of cannablisation; thereby saving cost of replacing the switch unit on our dishwasher. Also charged a fair rate for the job.

Shaun Emery, the service engineer, has politely and efficiently repaired washing machines, dishwashers and other appliances for me over the years. He has advised when it isn't worth paying for a repair and not charged me for a call out. He has drawn my attention to a product recall that I wasn't aware of so that I could get my dishwasher repaired by the manufacturer.

Phoned engineer on recommendation of another firm. He appeared almost immediately (from about 15 miles away) and rectified the problem of our non-functioning fridge (icing up in the freezer compartment) within the hour. Extremely reasonable charge - though we did feed him tea and satsuma!

I called in the morning and he arrived that afternoon (apologising for taking so long!!). Diagnosed the fault(s), ordered the parts there and then and fixed the cooker 2 days later as soon as the parts arrived. Clearly knows what he's doing. Thorough and helpful. Will definitely use him again.

Very quick; called within an hour, having initially said from my description of the fault, that he thought he might not be able to repair it, unless it were the brushes causing the problem. Took relevant bits off and found it couldn't be repaired and said so. Very reasonably charged only £10 for call out and c 15 mins. Would thoroughly recommend for promptness, honesty and excellent value.

Based on Reviews below, phoned Simon on 31st December, told him Washing Machine Model and agreed appointment for 3rd January. He came as promised in his white van, identified fault and then fixed it. Pleased with his knowledge, enthusiasm and skills. Would ask him to help again.

Came to fix my Samsung fridge, made appointment, turned up on time, were friendly and did a quick good job. It was a warranty repair.
