Contacted Colin on the Tuesday regarding my dishwasher and by early Wednesday morning fault was diagnosed and repaired at a very reasonable cost I then arranged with him to repair my oven door which required new hinges Again he was able to help, sourced new hinges,phoned with a price (again very reasonable),and organised a visit to carry out the repair Excellent service both times and I would have no hesitation in recommending him

My wife called in the morning to arrange an appointment to look at our sick washing machine. Appointment arranged for same afternoon with repair made on the same call. New brushes fitted to motor and machine working by 4 0'clock. No call out charge, cost charge for parts and reasonable labour charge. I would certaily recommend this company.

I had my oven repaired back in May, but the element fitted was faulty & broke several months later. Although he was not in full health at the time, he still came out & replaced the faulty element. I have used this business three times now & have found it to be very good, with an excellent level of service

The kind of service you thought had gone for ever. I have used them several times over the years for washing machine and dishwasher repairs. On the most recent occasion they turned up promptly, stood back and admired our 26-year-old Zanussi, recognised the model number and told me how old it was. I thought that this was going to lead to a "you can't get the parts" sort of discussion and the offer to supply and fit a new washing machine (which they will do). Instead, he pulled it out, took it apart and said that it needed new bushes, which he had on the van! Bushes fitted, washing machine is working perfectly. How much? £30. With no call-out fee, free estimates and this sort of service and value for money you cannot go wrong.

Contacted Graeme re: a problem with the oven and fridge in my rental flat in Edinburgh. There was some confusion between my tenants and Graeme but in the end he sorted out a new element for the oven and confirmed the firdge was working well. He sent me a reduced bill because of the time taken to get the repair done. Happy to use these guys again.

Used KK for past 7 years. Always reliable. Not the cheapest, but efficient service and will go the extra mile. They were able to deliver and fit a washing machine to a friend in Dollar more promptly than any other supplier she had contacted within a 20 mile radius of her home. Their costs including delivery, at that time, (10 years ago) were not vastly dearer!
