Just received my order of vacuum hoover bags from vacuumcleanerbags.co.uk and not hearing any reviews for this company I was unsure what they would be like. After my first order I was most impressed. My wife called in the morning to arrange an appointment to look at our sick washing machine. Appointment arranged for same afternoon with repair made on the same call. New brushes fitted to motor and machine working by 4 0'clock. No call out charge, cost charge for parts and reasonable labour charge. I would certaily recommend this company.

When my fan oven stopped heating, I phoned John Haxton on a neighbour's recommendation. He diagnosed a broken element, came out two days later as promised with the part, and replaced it in about ten minutes. His charge was extremely reasonable, a fixed labour charge plus the price of the part, which came to about a third of the quotes I had obtained from the nationwide repairers you find on the internet. He was very helpful and informative, and his son-in-law who works with him also had a look at my freezer and gave me advice about that. I can thoroughly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I had my oven repaired back in May, but the element fitted was faulty & broke several months later. Although he was not in full health at the time, he still came out & replaced the faulty element. I have used this business three times now & have found it to be very good, with an excellent level of service

I've used Eldan on several occasions over several years now and always find them helpful, knowledgeable, reasonable but above all very honest and decent. One of those businesses that you're happy to have in your neighbourhood, knowing that you can depend on them when the need arises.

I can recommend Angus and the company very highly for service not common these days. I called for a repair to our tumble dryer, explained to Angus what the problem was and what I had done. While he said he could come out the next day, he said I had done all the right things and suggested I tried one more thing and that if this didn't work he would come out. The price quoted was fair and reasonable. I tried what Angus suggested and the problem was fixed. Where nowadays do you get service like this when most are out for the fast and easy buck? While I will not require Angus' services this time, I know given the genuine service that he will be first on my list when the need next arises.

Initial telephone contact very responsive, and advised average repair completed in 30mins. Our Dyson repair took 10 mins and also included quick service, at economic cost. V good experience!

Came at the time specified to fix a Bosch dishwasher problem. New the problem and fixed it in no time. Gave some good general advice. Easy manner and efficient. Will use again.
