Nigel came very quickly, located the fault and our computers were up and running again soon after. He also gave us useful advice on the service provided by BT.

My laptop was running too slowly to use and had developed a number of glitches. The man at Compufix got it running fine again, explained how to stop some of the same problems happening again and installed a better antivirus. He was very friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely keen to do the best he could on it. He only charged £30 and said that if I was not happy with how it was running he would work on it some more at no extra charge.

did exactly as needed,answered the phone at 8 am evaluated the problem ,arrived 2 hours later as promised had the neceessary spare parts and repaired my sick computer in 30 minutes,also cleaned the computer and gave it an overall check over.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This is great little business where the staff are just fantastic. They are always so keen to help and willing to try and resolve problems facing technically challenged customers. Nothing is too much trouble and they are so patient and not just interested in making a sale.

Very good service and delighted with my new Dell Inspiron. Mark and team at trader have been helpful and patient and transferred all information from my old computer to new making the whole process extremely easy. Highly recommend trader .

I went to Nick on recommendation when my computer failed to function. I had been told that, while he might not be the cheapest around, he was definitely one of the best and could be trusted to fix anything fixable, not do anything unecessary and explain everything in plain English! I certainly found all of this to be the case. He was able to come round promptly, diagnose the problem, fix it and only charged for the time it took - no "rounding up" the hours here. All this and he's a very pleasant chap as well! Altogether a very impressive service. He does only work within the Bath, Bradford on Avon, Norton St Philip triangle though, so if that includes you, you can count yourself very lucky!
