After several days of trying to repair my colour laser printer, I called Tony as a last resort. He spent several hours on what seemed like an intractable problem; went back home to do more research, and then came again with the answer. It now works perfectly. He was thorough, very pleasant, and in his own words, "would not be beaten." Charge was very reasonable, and saved me having to buy a new printer.

Had big problems with my computer access and efficient running, phoned this lad and he arranged a next day timed appointment after talking through the problems I was encountering. He turned up on time, worked on the wireless connection and provided an updated and more efficient chip. He cleaned up my hard disk, reinput my anti virus system and talked me through a host of other issues in idiots terms that I could understand, whilst working. I certainly got more than I expected from him all at a cost of £62 including parts, VAT etc.

Prompt attention to several problems with my desktop. Tony managed to save all my data before re-installing Windows XP, which had become unusable due to file corruption. Great to now have the peace of mind that a friendly expert is at hand in case of future problems.

Dave Coslett was recommended by a golfing colleague. He eliminated the viruses infecting my laptop and installed free and very effective anti-virus software. Since then he has fixed problems for both my daughters - in one instance rescuing a laptop that had been dropped from a chair and in the other diagnosing problems that might have cost £750 for total replacement of an entire system and reducing the cost by two thirds to £250. Computer services and training is Mr Coslett's stated raison d'etre, but his expertise covers a wide range - upgrades and modifications, computer hardware and software repair, website design, wired and wi-fi networking, as well as computer training and tuition. I would unhesitatingly recommend him for home and business applications

Fast, sorted out computer fault. I had downloaded a fake website which made my computer virtually unuseable. Have used this company twice. A local company in my village - no lumping equipment to town. He will collect equipment, resolve fault and bring it back.

Bought my first Apple computer from them back in 2003, and only replaced it last year. During that time I've had 3 or 4 instances when I thought I had a problem, and I contacted them about bringing it in to be checked. On each occasion, they were quick to respond, but rather than just letting me bring it in, suggested a few solutions and were able to solve the problem without requiring me to take it in. When my old machine did finally give up the ghost, they always gave me full confidence that they knew what they were talking about, and about meeting my needs, not what they wanted to sell.
