Will Kirkland at trader came very quickly to set up a new lap top for me and link it in with my local network. He was very keen to do exactly what I needed, worked patiently at it and had a reasonable charge rate. I subsequently discovered a problem with one of my printers linking to the new computer: he provided alternative solutions by email which were easy to follow and one worked perfectly.
