Has helped us several times and have also recommended him to a friend. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Even suggested going back to the supplier for a known fault (out of warranty) rather than him being paid to do the repair. Prices are reasonable - would definitely recommend him.

Neil trades as trader . I would recommend Neil to anyone who is looking for fast, friendly IT support. He repaired my laptop after it got a virus. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He charges a flat rate of £25 and no call out fee if he is unable to fix it.

We have used trader for a number of years for both computer and TV issues. In every respect repairs have been carried out quickly, efficiently and for a reasonable price. There is a refreshing lack of jargon used and advice given easy to understand.

They fix any computers - inc laptops - dont charge for appraisal and are cheap. Thier knowlege base is incredable - also sell reconditioned computers. Best kept secret in County Durham. Try them!

This is a small local business but the best computer repair place I've ever been to. They were really efficient, had my laptop back to me in 4 days, explained everything and gave me a price before they started work, backed up all my documents and files and were cheaper than anywhere else I've ever been to. I highly recommend them.

Just returned from vamps again after the screen on my wife's laptop went off. When he looked at it after we had dropped it off while he was out of the shop, it started to work again and did not charge us so excellent service again.
