I have recently bought at trader : extra RAM, replacement hard disk including installed Windows XP, installation of missing Windows XP drivers, advice and expertise (normally free).

After liquid spill on laptop, Tony rapidly assessed likely damage by telephone, came to house on Saturday morning to collect laptop. Clear estimate of cost given. By late afternoon, data safely transferred, and also laptop returned to workable status. It was delivered back to the house. Impressive, efficient service.

I needed a new router urgently following a violent storm in our area. This small business had been inundated with requests for similar equipment. None-the-less they made great efforts and found me one. They then happily sorted out several installation problems for me over the phone.

My desktop PC DVD player suddenly failed. Took tower to Forthouse who sorted software fault and installed a copy of repair file for future use. Collected unit same day. Extremely reasonable charge. Mike Southam of trader was recommended by a friend when our computer crashed. I was given the option of a visit or to take the computer to his workshop , as this would cost less. His service and pricing was very good and I would feel confident to recommend him to anyone.
