I commend "Solutions" in Charles Street Worcester for a very brisk efficient service, all done in one afternoon. I wanted extra RAM [memory] installed to speed up my old computer, called at the shop [bottom end of Pump Street] and quoted its make and number. He looked up its details, told me it could accept either two or four gigabytes of new RAM. I accepted to have four at £50, and a home visit at £45; that makes £95 in all, inclusive of VAT and labour. The home visit saved me a lot of tiresome unplugging and delivering, and it meant I could see the computer working before and after. It gave me a most gratifying improvement in computer speed, and postponed for a few years the expense and hassle of buying a new one.

My wife & I agree with all the previous comments. Mark has the gift of making everything clear and has restored Shirleys laptop & my PC to speedy performance. I would recommend him for first class service. Also it is a great relief to know that help is at hand if things go awry in the future.

My somewhat old disc drive failed. I found Mike in Which Local with good reviews and I would like to add to them. He came round the same day I phoned and collected the computer, upgraded the memory, put in a new drive, installed Windows 7, and even rescued all my old emails and other data from the old disc. He delivered after a couple of days (delayed because the drive didn't arrive earlier). I was so impressed, I asked him to clean up my wife's machine as well. I will definitely use him again. Very reasonable as well.

My laptop was repaired without fuss, at a reasonable cost, on time and good advice being given meaning I was confident that the computer would be fixed. To analyse the problem was free and then I could decide if I wanted to proceed. The business has been at the same location for over 25 years which must give an indication about the quality of service. Would I return? yes and would I recommend the service? yes.

Mr Jefferson is extremely knowledgeable, highly professional and a most helpful person. My computer failed, he arrived at my house less than 1 hour after I had phoned. He not only diagnosed the problem, he explained to me, in understandable terms, what had happened. He took my computer away and returned it with a new hard drive and all my programs and data retrived from the old hard drive and reloaded. All this was done for a very reasonable cost. Fantastic service.

It is a great relief to have access to computing expertise that you can reply on. Our computer contracted a very nasty virus for first time after 20 or so years computing with total shut down and worse. Bruce Graham and team sorted it, saved all our data, recommended external caddy as back up,copied data onto it, and when asked about upgrades, installed a solid state disk drive, DVD drive and improved memory, plus installed better antivirus software - all for fraction (about 30%) of the price it would have cost for all this at major computer retailer (i did a quick check afterwards!) I know other people lucky to live in the Malvern area who have been recommending Bruce Graham for years so my experience is not just a one-off. Perhaps I should mention that his other business now on site is Graham Signs - If I ever need large format printing - that's where i'll go!

I recommend BCS to those Which Local members in the Ludlow area who require a computer maintenance service having a physical presence in the town. BCS offers clients an efficient and professional service from the town which is responsive, reliable, realistically priced and helpful, as other members have described.. BCS contrasts with other computer service providers who purport to be locally-based, even offering a local telephone dialling code, but who, in reality, offer neither a local service nor the overall standards and terms of service that Which readers are likely to require and to get from BCS.

When my PC refused to start up up, I phoned them. Engineer arrived same day and spent an hour or so testing before apologising and saying he would need to take it to his workshop for more intensive tests. He kept it for 3 days before returning it and re-installing it good as new and all for £35. They also have a no fix, no fee policy

Mark is so genuine and trustworthy, I would recommend him to anyone. He was happy to try and sort out my problem on the phone but I am so glad that he came in person and did the necessary work. My computer is now running very quickly compared to the snail's pace I have been enduring for some time. Mark was patient and kind, (which are rare qualities in this day and age) explaining everything and answering my many queries. I can't praise him highly enough.

This is great little business where the staff are just fantastic. They are always so keen to help and willing to try and resolve problems facing technically challenged customers. Nothing is too much trouble and they are so patient and not just interested in making a sale.
