If you have any problems with your computer, don't hesitate in taking it to this shop. They are very friendly, and provided me with a very fast turnaround getting my machine running on a replacement hard drive within 48 hours. Windows was reloaded for me, and much on the data from the broken drive put back onto the computer. Price charged was very reasonable

Following a fault with our computer's main switch, Carol collected it from our home, supplied and fitted a new case, checked other internal components, sorted out missing updates and provided alternative security software, and returned / reconnected it on a Sunday. Very pleased overall.

Mike Canning (mobilemike) has built and repaired my computers in the past and has recently fitted an upgraded cooling fan to my desk-top tower to solve an over-heating problem. Computer repairs and upgrades done quickly, efficiently and with a smile!

1) I Had a computer fault, very irregular. He was diligent and very thorough in his searches, and the problem has not recurred. 2) To remove data from my personal video recorder hard disc. He researched this, downloading a special programme succeeded in transferring this to a mobile hard drive. In both cases his charges were very reasonable. He is experienced, mature and its his own business

My grandsons netbook had a lot of problems with it including viruses etc and only half an hour after dropping it off I recieved a phone call to say it was ready! exellent service and reasonable prices so will use again if necessary.

Provided an excellent "expert review" to confirm a tablet was not fit for purpose, which enabled me to claim a full refund from my credit card company including the modest cost of the expert review. Have delayed posting review simply because I'm still waiting for the tablet to be collected, but after a year that seems unlikely! Would be happy to use CTM again for future computer issues.
