we had a problem develop with our PC and took it around to their shop. we explained the problem and they knew immediately it was the graphics card, they opened up the PC and fixed the problem within ten minutes. we asked how much they wanted for the repair and they asked for just GBP 5.00. A very knowledgeable and friendly sevrice, would recommend them to everyone. ask for Nikki. They also build PCs to order.

Although I live in north London I used Adam's services for an elderly single friend who lives in Bexleyheath. Since I was not going to be present when he called it was important that the engineer was honest and trustworthy. Adam was an excellent choice and quickly made an early appointment to visit. Hotmail was migrating to Outlook and causing my friend enormous difficulties by frequently changing its front page. In addition my friend had unwittingly suffered a scam attempt which was encouraging her to spend £400 on computer protection she did not need. With patience and understanding Adam was able to put my friend's mind at ease and talked through with her the Hotmail changes and how to overcome the effects of them. His rates were very reasonable and I am sure we shall use his services again if needed.

I had diffieculty shutting down my laptop. I phoned to ask how much PCUK would charge for any necessary repairs and the lady that answered gave a quick and easy fix to my issue then and there: no charge! Other Pc repair shops I contacted did not provide this simple solution, just said how much I'd have to pay for a repair.

Very happy experience with this company when my laptop screen developed severe problems. I took it in on the day after Boxing Day for them to have a look at. I agree with another reviewer that the sight of a displayed list of indicative and fixed prices was very professional. In a phone call later that day they quoted a price for replacing the screen and an indicative date for the delivery of the new screen which had to be ordered. The screen was delivered two days early and the cost was under the quoted price. They also did the repair during the holiday period despite their being unexpectedly short-staffed. So, in summary, I would recommend this company for their very professional, friendly and good value-for-money service.

Gary has been excellent at advising and installing a new computer for us. he was prompt very friendly and nothing is to much trouble

Matt spent an hour on-site, then took my pc away to install a new hard drive and backed-up all my existing files onto the new hard drive before he returned. He spent a further 1.75 hours at my home re-installing software and explaining in detail how I can minimise disruption in the future. Total cost including, the new hard disk was his original quote of £80, despite the hours spent off-site dealing with my tempremental hard disk. A very competent engineer and a very nice man to have in your home too. Highly recommended.

I had been having problems with my laptop for ages and finally looked on Which Local and contacted Adam. I'm so glad I did. He dealt with the problems quickly and I now have a computer that does all I expect of it. Excellent, quick service and good value.

I have had dealings and services with this company for many years. I have found them to be both reliable and honest. Faults with computers can work out dear. Ask them to contact you upon finding a fault before a repair and they will. When the need arises I will certainly continue to use their services. I cannot fault them.

I got Adam's number from Which Local and called him when my computer appeared to have died. There was no answer on his mobile and i didn't leave a message but he called me back later the same day anyway. I dropped my hard drive round to him that evening and it was fixed the following day. He was very clear about what he would do and what he thought was wrong. Excellent, prompt service!
