Bought a monitor from this company last week, excellent service. The cost of the monitor was no more than if I had gone to Dabs, cheaper than Amazon. With great after sales service. If you want good down to earth service, this is the company to co to.

I have used PC doctor on several occasions to diagnose my pc and remove viruses. Their service is excellent and they were able to start the maintenance almost immediately. They also do upgrade if necessary. I highly recommend them and you can park in front of their shop for few minutes.

I said I'd use him again - and I have! My computer died early in December. I bought a new one with his advice, which he promptly installed, taking account of my abilities to make it as easy to use as he could. He's dealt with teething problems twice, by phone, and without charge. I feel so much happier knowing there's someone I can call for help who doesn't make me feel stupid, and doesn't rip me off.

I took our Dell pc with its graphic card problem to Sue having read the reviews here and have been delighted. Sue was quick, efficient and costs were well explained and very reasonable. I have never felt happy about taking pc's to high street chains and Teamwild is the perfect solution. I will certainly use them again if the need arises. A very professional and personal service.

I took my dead Evesham computer, which has been dogged with problems since I bought it, to Team Wild to check if another repair would be worthwhile. Two people checked it but concluded that, given its age and value, a repair would not be cost-efficient. Sue explained what had been tried, entirely to my satisfaction, and the small cost of the professional service provided was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to use their services again if I am unfortunate enough to need them.

Used Sue twice. To upgrade one computer and set up a 2nd computer and transfer all the data across from the old one. Sue did lots of tasks that would of taken me hours & some I couldn't do. Also helped my mum with tutition. Gives sound advice and knows her stuff.

As someone who is both disabled and technophobic I engaged Sue to provide a complete service from unpacking my new computer equipment, installing it and setting everything up with transfers from my old machine and downloading all appropriate software. She was thorough and professional and my system is up and running perfectly. The service wasn't exactly cheap and someone offering a flat rate rather than an hourly one would be more economic, but the charges and likely cost were made clear before I made the decision to go ahead and at the end of the day I am very satisfied with the service I received.
