Matt transferred files, data, etc from my old PC (Windows XP) to a new laptop (Windows 7) and set up the printer for wireless use. He was punctual, efficient, helpful and friendly. I would happily use him again and recommend him without reservation.

have used this company twice, firstly for a replacement laptop screen and the second because of a virus which i was unable to remove myself, they explained everything that they would need to do and what sort of maximum price i would be expected to pay before they went ahead they also carried out the jobs quickly

Quick friendly service with excellent follow up support even in the evening. They collected my PC from home, diagnosed the problem as a failed motherboard & provided a price for fixing the problem which was kept to. The PC was repaired & returned home within 5 days (this was over a weekend). The support I have received has been first class & at no extrea cost. My previous experience of computer repair firms has not been good, pricey with poor service. Hi-Profile have given me such good service that I will not even think of looking elsewhere if I need computer repairs again.

Matt has repaired 3 computers for me. He has a methodical approach and willing to advise of what he's doing and why. He also provides free telephone advice. Very approachable, does a good job at a reasonable price. I have no hesitation in recommending Matt to anybody.

Used them when to repair my computer, and subsequently to upgrade me to Wireless Broadband. On both occasions they collected my computer and brought it back a day or so later. They also loaded Which? recommended AVG anti-virus and a better firewall etc without me having to ask. Good old-fashioned friendly service at a fair price (£65 the lot including an extra home visit)
