Speedy, efficient and friendly service when our ancient desktop computer died earlier this year. Did their best to resurrect it, and then provided us with a very good new replacement made up to order at a very reasonable price. Spent a lot of extra time trying to get as many of the old peripherals as possible to work with the new computer .

My laptop had a broken charger jack. trader fixed it very quickly and for a reasonable price. The owner, Gosh, is a pleasure to deal with and his communication is excellent. I will definitely use him again.

I have been having problems with my computer running slow. Rang the shop to see if it would be possible to increase the ram on my pc. We agreed a price. After testing the tower it showed another problem. A price was agreed for this extra work. When i went to collect the tower, he said the extra work had not been required and only charged me the original amount.

My computer was examined while I watched. The diagnosis was made and possible solutions and detailed costs were discussed on the spot. The repair has been completely successful and no data was lost, despite the warning that this was a distinct possibilty. I would recommend this company unequivocally.

I choose this firm from the Worksop Guardian to enable WI FI on my computer which I was told previously I did'nt have, the job was done in no time which included a clean up of unwanted files etc John was a very decent and well mannered and certanly knew what he was doing for a very reasonable price

I found these guys when lost. They went out of their way to be helpful even when not to their benefit. So when my laptop went down I went back. They were efficient ang effective. Kept me informed at all stages talking me thro options in words I could understand. The prices are very reasonable.

I wanted to buy a laptop and my son recommended ebuyer,saying he had bought quite a lot from them in the past and was highly satisfied.So I ordered a laptop,and couldn't wait for its arrival....but was highly disappointed when it did because the cover was missing from where the batteries fit. I logged onto the forums on the website,and saw there was a post from the managing director Armando Sanchez,telling customers to feel free to get in touch with him if they had anything to say. I was feeling pretty miffed,..:)...and so did just that .I rang him,and explained what had happened. Mr Sanchez couldn't apologise enough,and said he would send me a bunch of flowers to make me feel better.I said no,I wasn't ringing for any kind of compensation,I just wanted to let him know how cross I was,but he insisted on knowing my address, told me the laptop would be picked up at my convenience,(which was the next day ,and it was :))...and that if I was to order anything else it would be free delivery. Two hours later I received the biggest bunch of flowers I have ever seen!I felt great,and it caused quite a stir amongst my neighbours lol. Unfortunately,I didn't order another one as I bought one from a friend who didn't use his much,but I would very much like ebuyer to win,as they so deserve it.:) I'm sorry,but I've had to guess the date of when I ordered the laptop,was just before or just after christmas ,I think.

I have used Patrick a couple of times and he provides an excellent service and will only charge customers if they are completely satisfied with the services. He puts his own name to his company and has been in business for a number of years. Patrick has a pleasant personality and makes it very easy to resolve any problems or difficulties.

Took my PC tower to be repaired (wouldn't switch on). Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Speedy service - was repaired (new power supply) and ready for collection within 4 hrs. Very reasonable charging structure.
