Helpful, efficient, fair and does what he says he will do and when. If he says he will contact you he will. We used him to repair a broken laptop lid and mend a broken screen surround. We will use him again if we have a need to. Excellent response time to our enquiry.

Efficient and most amenable. Did a good job at a fair price. What more could you ask for! I spoke to BT about my computer problem and it was they who suggested that I approach a local computer wizard.  The fee, they thought, would be from £40 to £60 and in the event I was charged £45.

Alex comes to your home to fix computer challenges and was very polite & punctual. My laptop needed more attention so he took it away for repair. It was returned within 24hrs fully functional. The cost was very reasonable. Excellent!!

I inquired by e-mail about an estimate for laptop computer repair. The estimate for parts & labour came back immediately. The repair was completed the day after I took the computer into the shop. The machine came back looking like new, it had been serviced & cleaned free of charge. I have no hesitation in recommending this service.

I found this trader on this site and he turned out to be as good as recommended. Where others confused me with technical words Guy spoke to me in plain english and had a real can do attitude. His pricing structure was also attractive. Would recommend to anyone. Further to this he also designs websites and is very good at this as he designed a website for a friend of mine who was very pleased. I did not know this was the same person when I first found him I just hit lucky. 5 stars
