If you have a fault on your computer the man to contact is Mr Lawrence. He is efficient ,prompt and speedy. He is completely trustworthy and quotes very fair prices. I have used him on several occasons over the years and he has always done a first class job.

Following a fault with our computer's main switch, Carol collected it from our home, supplied and fitted a new case, checked other internal components, sorted out missing updates and provided alternative security software, and returned / reconnected it on a Sunday. Very pleased overall.

Chris Bennett has looked after our computing needs for over nine years. He deals with our software and hardware problems promptly, at a reasonable cost, and and entirely to our satisfaction. If the problem can't be solved immediately on a home visit, equipment is taken away for diagnosis and, all being well, repair. Meantime Chris keeps us up-to-date with progress.

Following the first reviewers glowing recommendation I contacted trader because I wanted to be sure that a virus on my PC had not transferred to 2 Memory Sticks. From the first telephone call to collecting my Sticks the service and attention was impeccable and I have no hesitation in recommending this company to other users.

1) I Had a computer fault, very irregular. He was diligent and very thorough in his searches, and the problem has not recurred. 2) To remove data from my personal video recorder hard disc. He researched this, downloading a special programme succeeded in transferring this to a mobile hard drive. In both cases his charges were very reasonable. He is experienced, mature and its his own business

On a recent Saturday morning, my PC suddenly went haywire, displaying gibberish. Panicking, I recalled a recommendation made to me and tracked down Ian's phone number. I expected to have to take the PC in for repair and was calling to arrange this. However, Ian wanted to try a few things first and very kindly spent at least half an hour talking me through some quite advanced fix routines, waiting patiently for me to carry out each stage. Of course, he'd identified the right fix and the best way to explain it to me, completely cold, over the phone! He was so efficiently and friendly, solving my problem completely! On the basis of this experience, I must strongly recommend this company. So very different from other 'repair experts' I've used in the past. After speaking to neighbours about my experience, I now know of several other very satisfied customers who have used '464' regularly for all sorts of repairs, upgrades and improvements to home PCs and related gear. My next big project is to upgrade my home wireless networking and I will certainly be going to Ian for the job! Just around the corner too!
