I have recently used this company to "clean" my computer after being a victim of a phishing scam & they attended & corrected the problem efficiently with the computer being retuned within the timescale promised. A touch expensive but worth paying for the service & ultimate peace of mind.

when my daughter said "Dad, my laptop is broken" just after Christmas all I could see were £££ and hassle. I checked Whichlocal and found this business. Staff provided clear information on costs and potential problems which might arise as the repair proceeded. Confirmation was issued to me by email and staff contacted me by phone to discuss all costs again before any parts were ordered. End result - laptop repaired and it all cost much less than I feared!!

I was in despair as my laptop stopped working. I tried everything, then contacted Which Computing who recommended I had it repaired. I checked Which Local and found Tricorn. It only took a few days for them to repair it and now it works better than it had in a long time, despite being quite an old machine. Slavek was patient, gave me good advice and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to use them again and thoroughly recommend them.

Mr Jefferson is extremely knowledgeable, highly professional and a most helpful person. My computer failed, he arrived at my house less than 1 hour after I had phoned. He not only diagnosed the problem, he explained to me, in understandable terms, what had happened. He took my computer away and returned it with a new hard drive and all my programs and data retrived from the old hard drive and reloaded. All this was done for a very reasonable cost. Fantastic service.

When my PC refused to start up up, I phoned them. Engineer arrived same day and spent an hour or so testing before apologising and saying he would need to take it to his workshop for more intensive tests. He kept it for 3 days before returning it and re-installing it good as new and all for £35. They also have a no fix, no fee policy

I recently broke my sony laptop screen, my first call was to go to Pc world who quoted me £209 for the replacement of the screen. I was recommended to go to city computers in smethwick, they effectively replaced my laptop screen with a brand new 15.6 led screen within the hour all for £80. I was highly impressed with their professional service. They also have a nice retail outlet with many popular pc items for sale. I found out they sell orignal laptop chargers as i brought 1 for my second laptop for £30 saving me the hassle of buying a compatable 1 off ebay which tend to blow up after 6/7months. i highly recommend.

A very good honest and efficient service. Richard repaired my computer returned it within a couple of days, and helped with software problems.
