Extremely knowledgeable, conscientious & professional service. Really cared about the quality of the work carried out. Really nice people. I learned an awful lot about central heating systems. Had my gas boiler serviced, came within 24 hours, charged average cost, worked for an hour and was clean and tidy. Well pleased and checked my gas fire as well.

Lee turned up on time to provide us with a quote for having our boiler replaced and five new radiators fitted. His quote was the lowest of four that we received and he started work the next Saturday. Lee and his colleagues were polite and easy to have in the house. They cleaned up after themselves when leaving and completed most of the work in a day. We offered to pay Lee at the end of the first day but he refused to take the full amount until he'd finished. We had a problem with the boiler the day after it was fitted (a fault with the boiler, not with his work) - he called the manufacturer straight away and came to meet them at the house to fix the problem first thing the next day. He really went over and above for us and even offered to come back and take the radiators off the walls for us in a few weeks when we plaster the walls, free of charge. Overall the service was quick, friendly, great value and I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Excellent service, very knowledgeable, quick, efficient, tidy and reasonably priced. Matt caries out service and repair, rather than pushing for replacement. Also gives recommendations based on current regulations but doesn't push to upgrade if the installation still meets the regs in force at the time of installation. Not only that, he's very good with exuberant puppies!

It's nearly impossible to find an Aga Rayburn Engineer in London... and even more difficult to find someone to service their Irish cousin a Stanley Brandon. We called Staunch and Flow on the off chance they may know of somebody. They had no experience of Stanley products but agreed to undertake the service. Mary Clare was helpful and efficient, even sending an email the night before the appointment to remind me to turn the Stanley off (so that it was cool enough for the engineer to work on). The engineer turned up on time, was smart, polite and undertook a very thorough service. He diagnosed a fault and helped us find a workaround until the new part arrives. Staunch and Flow are efficient and thorough - almost the exact opposite of most other plumbers we have used. They are not the cheapest, but you do get what you pay for.

wE HAVE JUST HAD A FULL CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEM ,WITH NEW RADS, BOILER THE WORKS, DON DID ALL OF THE WORK TO THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE STANDARD. We have used this chap for over 20 years & without doubt he is one of the finest tradesmen We have ever come across, he is honest & his work is meticulous, not the cheapest but if you want the best he worth every penny. I cannot recommend this fella highly enough.

Mark serviced my boiler and did some minor repairs this year. Why I particularly recommend his is his outstanding work last year when I had a damp problem which needed some remedial work he went out of his way to be helpful even offering to come out on a Saturday if necessary. Excellent and thorough work and pleasant

This GasSafe registered business provides a great level of service. Chris Ashby is very knowledgeable and has serviced my Worcester Bosch boiler for the past 3 years. He is also cheaper than an equivalent British Gas service contract. I intend to use him this year too.

I hired Steve to remove a Baxi back boiler from the lounge fireplace and install a new condensing boiler upstairs in the airing cupboard. This also involved removing the water tank in the roof space, removing the copper cylinder, and installing a regulation width gas supply pipe from the gas meter under the flooring downstairs, up to the first floor, across the landing to the airing cupboard. The quote was a good price and I had the option to choose a boiler of my preference as opposed to the brand they normally installed (I chose a Which best buy Worcester). He took 3 days to do the work and it was done in a very clean, tidy, professional and impressive way. I would certainly use this company again, and they also do any type of plumbing job, not just bigger projects. Gas Rite registered. Excellent service, well recommended.

trader came highly recommended from a social networking site and were so busy that I had to book several weeks in advance! I think this speaks volumes for the quality and popularity of the company. Mark (they are a team of four plumbers) serviced our boiler properly instead of just testing it to make sure it works (like some companies do) and gave me recommendations for possible future work with no pressure to book a further appointment. Booking is easy with their nifty online calendar and you receive a confirmation email immediately. Brilliant!

I called trader to rectify a fault with my mother's gas central heating boiler. The simple fault was quickly rectified and I was charged the basic call out fee approx. £50. They also recommended further work to rectify a further fault and installation issues. The cost was reasonable and the work was carried out satisfactorily. The lady in the office (Sarah) was also very helpful and called back when I left messages.

We are renovating a house in Swanage, and have used Greenheat Plumbing for two major projects and several other smaller jobs in the past 9 months. We began by replacing and re-positioning the central heating boiler, and converting from a system fed by a tank in the loft to a system fed directly from the mains. This was expertly and carefully done, and the system has been working without a hitch for more than 6 months now. We used the space in the old bathroom and adjacent airing cupboard to create a new bathroom and an en-suite shower room. Mark at Greenheat Plumbing discussed our plans with us, made several helpful suggestions, and then carried out the project. The end result has delighted us, with Mark interpreting our plans very carefully. For most of the time we have been off-site, but we have been very confident in leaving Mark to get on with the job. He is good at staying in touch, using phone, text and email to share information, including photographs of progress, and he has made sure that any potential issues are brought to our attention immediately. Mark is very good at project management, and we have found that when he says that something will be done by a particular date, it is. Unlike a lot of other tradesmen, he is very good with the paperwork side of the jobs. All the plumbing, fitting and tiling work is of a high quality, with good attention to detail. When the jobs have finished, Mark has been careful to make sure that everything is left neat and tidy, with rubbish cleared away. The cost of the projects has been very reasonable, and we feel that the work done by Greenheat Plumbing has been excellent value for money.
