Very helpful and professional, both in choosing an appropriate carpet for a 2 bedroom flat and laying the carpet. It looks beautiful and the old carpet was removed and the place left in a neat state.

Terry is an experienced fitter who knows his stuff. If you read his stuff on his website you will see he appears to have worked with carpet and flooring most of his working life in various capacities. We bought some carpet and underlay independently on ebay which he fitted for us on a staircase and bedroom for a reasonable rate. We live in Hebden Bridge and he was happy to come to us. He also supplies these things if you need them. He really knows what he is talking about so can advise you about what is suitable for your needs. There is no middle man, he just turns up when he says he will and gets on with the job and is very friendly. His website says he also moves furniture for elderly/disabled. I would definitely recommend him and will continue to use him now we have found him.

Andy Best sanded and resealed my Junckers beech floor. After 30 years of wear it was pitted and worn but now looks better than when new. Andy loves his work and it shows. He is helpful, meticulous, considerate and tidy.

Used most recently in August 2012 for fitting kitchen flooring. Have used trader several times over the past 6 or 7 years for fitting wool carpets with underlay or vinyl flooring. Helpful and professional but not pushy. Prompt service and attention to detail. Good quality work at a fair price.

We recently used Horsforth Carpets to carpet our hallway, landing and 2 staircases. Jane and Phil were helpful without being pushy. Phil came and measured and we were impressed by the way he takes pains to plan cutting of carpet so that the most efficient use is made - and therefore the lower the overall costs. The fitting was done in one day and left tidy and clear. The fitting is really good as well. Our hallway had different surfaces and the fitter has worked with hardboard to even it all up and fill a mat well.

trader have just supplied and fitted a new carpet to my lounge. They have a great range of carpets, with quick availability. Their prices are competitive and they were willing to give me any advice required. The fitters did a very good job and we are very pleased with the end result. I would be willing to recommend trader , which is a family run firm, to anyone seeking a new carpet.

We were very pleased with Milestone who supplied and fitted our kitchen a year ago to a high standard - Charlotte or Jan in the shop arranges a home visit by Julian who is the main man. He will be the one doing the work so you're not discussing with a salesman or middleman, and he has all the skills required including fitting a beautiful oak floor. He is keen on eco approaches and was happy to re-use our existing units. Our only major disappointment was the Gorenje oven - not self-cleaning, grill pans warp, shelf design not good.

Advertised in 'on your doorstep - morley'. Small job tiling in kitchen onto existing tiles. Polite, friendly, and reliable (came on time for quote and the job). Would use again.

Julian did the fitting of our kitchen. He is a perfectionist and always endevours to take the right way rather than the most expeditious way. We are extremely pleased with the quality of his work. Charlotte did the planning for us and was very helpful and very easy to deal with.
