I used this company on the strength of my sons recommendation. I asked the company to look at a tricky intermittant fault on my Ford Focus. The technician listened carefully to my comments regarding the fault and there was excellent phone communication following the diagnostics, including an accurate quotation to repair. The service was very good in all respects.

When window stuck open and door lock burnt out,rebuilt switch to operate other window and door lock as I was visiting hospital every day to see wife with terminal cancer and could not leave car unlocked.charged me 1 hour labour

Serviced my 4 year old Mondeo, very reasonably priced and MoT'd my old collectors car (Lotus) and helped overcome a familiar problem with it to enable it to pass. A great service.

When the car went in last year for its service and MOT, the urbo charger failed, but Winters repaired it for free, as the car had been in their charge when the failure occured.

Very honest and open business. I had a fault with my car which required it to be returned to the dealer, but Europa Car's spent quite a long time fault finding and didn't charge me for anything. Very highly recommended

Very good service, had battery trouble when starting car, then it did start after i phoned them. They offered to check my battery. This was done as soon as i arrived at the garage.
