This is a great garage - really helpful and friendly staff. I always feel that our cars are well looked after and I pay a very reasonable price for the work. I managed to put petrol in our diesel car (the other car is petrol !) and they had it fixed within the day - excellent service.

This garage has carried out repairs to different cars for me over the last few years and I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of their work and professionalism. My most recent trip concerned damage to a door of my car incurred in a supermarket carpark. Bulls inspected the car there and then, and took it into the workshop and repaired it while I waited, refusing to take any payment because the damage was minor. A personal, friendly service I would recommend to everyone.

Very quick and well done jobs. They also give advice about the best and cheapest way something should be done. Rough and ready but well worth it. We have used them several times for minor repairs, but they do do major jobs as well.

This garage carried out a service plus additional end extensive brake work to my motor home and I was highly impressed with the thoroughness applied to the task. The staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to explain what had been done and why. No fancy showroom here just good old fashioned customer service at very reasonable prices.

Like the first 2 reviewers, I find all of the staff friendly & helpful. Good value for money, they tell it as it is and they go beyond the call of duty on occasion to help. I have no hesitation in recommending them to friends & colleagues and have done so many times. Been using them since 2002.

Someone reversed into my car in a carpark and bashed my door and front wing. Took the car to trader and received fantastic service. Car completely fixed and paint matched perfectly for a great price (cheapest quote I got). Felt very reassured and confident with the work especially when I don't know anything about these things and am a single female with no one to help with advice.

I agree with Mr. MacPhersons comments. Mr. Parker and his team are people with integrity. I have found myself fortunate to discover trader , Alexandria.  Stevie Parker and his team are professionals with integrity. Fair prices, the ability to have a sensible discussion  with the person who will do the work, and the knowledge that only the necessary work will be done makes me a very satisified customer.

This garage is run by highly qualified and professional mechanics. Although they specialise in Volkswagon cars, as the name of the business imply, they are equally qualified to repair and maintain other makes of cars. We have taken to them in the past my husband's VW passat, my son's Audi and my Ford Escort. When my husband changed his car to a Mercedes E280 and I to a Ford Focus, we continued to have our cars maintained and serviced by this garage. We have been very satisfied with the service or repair work carried on our cars every time without fail.
