we've used this garage for nigh on 30 years now, at their other premises too when they first started up,always excellent info.and explanations given for works needed and do not try to flog you something you don't need! very reasonable rates .efficient and the staff [especially Stefan who will really go that extra mile to help,bosses son i think?] are always helpful and courteous.I recommend them to everyone locally as there aren't many garages you can use reliably year on year, without feeling ripped off or as if you're being treated as a cash cow!!

I have a mk5 Golf that I've had in quite a few garages for services, repairs etc. NW BMW are definately the best and most honest garage I've ever had dealings with! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. If you have a german car and you want a specialist garage that is cheap, honest, friendly and provide an exceptional service, then NW BMW is for you!

I have used this garage for 16 years. And found the staff very helpful with any problems I have had and great value for money. They do mechanical work, body work and MOT's.

Excellent ability to undertake all types of work needed. No pressure to have to use services e.g. new tyres needed after MOT. Good value for money, turns up when he says he will, very cheerful even if weather bad.

Had gear selection problem. Asked another garage to change gearbox oil, Next day problem was worse. Went to Westlea on recommendation, they rang other garage to establish what was done, told oil changed in accordance with manufacturer recommendations. They checked car handbook, advised that cat 4 oil should be used & other garage had not charged enough for the oil to have used it. They then they rang Mercedes, established it was a dealer supplied oil & that other garage had not bought any. Ordered oil & changed/ flushed out old oil & still charged less that the other garage, problem sorted. All this on 8yr old car. Very Friendly service- free courtesy car - does cars & commercials.

A small but very well equiped garage dealing with all makes of cars. Personal service from John (dad) & Andrew (son). They are totally trustworthy and honest in their work & give sound practical advice about your car. Andrew in particular has taken a lot of trouble to keep up to date with auto electronics and the associated test equipment. All so refreshing compared to a local main dealer that I had cause to deal with recently. I have used them for 10+ years.
