I moved to Yorkshire some 17 years ago & use trader because they were local to me, Dave Bennett & his team are fantastic, you receive a warm welcome, excellent service & help, you get an honest opinion & quote & they are excellent value for money - have recommended them to many friends who have been pleased with their service. I have also bought my last two cars from him & they have never broken down - can't recommend them enough.

Took my Ford Focus for an annual service to trader . They clearly told me what my service would consist of and completed this is a timely manner. They were very polite and told me what to look out for before my next service was due. As a woman, I didn't feel that I had been ripped off and felt very comfortable asking for clarification on details I was unsure of.

Having read a favourable review from a fellow Which? subscriber I booked my car in for its MOT with WB Motor and Engineering in Normanton. After an initial inspection, Mr Lythgoe discovered that a rear spring on my car needed replacing. The parts required had to be ordered from Audi. These duly turned up the next day and were fitted within the agreed timescale. The MOT certificate was issued and the bill paid. Mr Lythgoe managed the whole process politely, efficiently and with good humour. The bill was high but this was due to the cost of the Audi parts required. I don't live in Yorkshire so to be able to use the Which? Local guide for clear recommendations was very important in this instance.

Very small neighbourhood garage, great personal service. They always drop my keys through the door once they've finished and I walk round and collect the car to suit me; completely different to a big chain.
