Was having problem with the engine running roughly and an error light coming on. I phoned them for advice having never been there before.They checked my car out without appointment and solved problem promptly. I booked car in for a service as winter is round the corner. The service was really thorough (took 2.5 hours to check everything ). Price £84 + VAT. which seems good value. Employees were all very helpful and approachable. As a female pensioner and nervous of going to garages I felt very comfortable and will using their services from now on including the next MOT.

After years of servicing at franchised dealers I decided to try my local garage and I was pleased I did. I needed both an interim service and MOT. And told them I was expecting a to have to replace brake discs and pads, so I asked them to check these. I got a call from them a little later telling me the car sailed through the MOT and I didn't need to have the extra work done. The team was friendly and courteous and I will certainly be going to them again.

Always honest, sometimes does not even charge for small jobs! So far has always done a good job but will not do an unnecessary job. They will never make money but I am v glad I found them!

We purchased a 2nd hand Toyota from Listers about 4 months ago. The car has been great and the service from Listers has been as good as you can get. Any issues are dealt with quickly and without any fuss. Nice reception area with pleasant and friendly staff. You may pay a little more than other places but for quality and peace of mind I would highly recommend this company.

Friendly Local Trader. I have used ' trader ' for MOT and servicing of my Vauxhall (2002 Vectra Tourer) for the last 3 years although having just recently moved into this area for Leamington Spa. Other members of my family have also used ' trader ' for many years. They provide: Good Personal Service (inc picking up and dropping off car)Trustworthy, reasonable charges for MOT, engine/maintenance servicing of all makes of vehicles, but no tyre or body repair service. Small number of qualified and experienced team of mechanics. MOT and Service at end of December 2011 was around £150. My car has done over 80k miles and I had a new cam belt replacement (second replacement under manufacturer's guide) and new water pump (whilst engine was stripped) on 9th February 2012. Total, including labour, filters, top ups, etc was £341, the most I have ever paid out for this car. This was precautionary work (not because of any breakdown) since I have decided to hold on to the car for another one or two years in the current financial situation.

Diagnosed difficult fault on Peugeot 406 and undertook repairs at reasonable cost. Collected and returned car.
