They have given excellent professional service in servicing and maintaining both our skoda vehicles. Their advice is unbiased rather than trying to get more money out of you. Their customer care and communication is excellent and I have always been kept well informed of what is being done and why, with no additional expenses incurred without checking with me. Their service includes reminders for services and MOT, a loan car is always provided or pick up and drop off arranged and their charges are always reasonable. Vehicles come back valeted inside and out along with advisory notes about what may need doing on the next visit and likely costs. This allows you to plan and budget well. I have yet to find another dealer that provides thius level of service.

I bought a car from this garage and when she put the car through a car wash, a scratch all the way down the near side was revealed. When I took this up with the manager John, he did not hesitate to offer to have the area re-sprayed. He even provided my daughter with a loan car.
