They have given excellent professional service in servicing and maintaining both our skoda vehicles. Their advice is unbiased rather than trying to get more money out of you. Their customer care and communication is excellent and I have always been kept well informed of what is being done and why, with no additional expenses incurred without checking with me. Their service includes reminders for services and MOT, a loan car is always provided or pick up and drop off arranged and their charges are always reasonable. Vehicles come back valeted inside and out along with advisory notes about what may need doing on the next visit and likely costs. This allows you to plan and budget well. I have yet to find another dealer that provides thius level of service.

I have bought two Renault Modus from R&S since 2005 and had them both serviced there. I have always received friendly and very helpful service and never been pushed into buying even when enquiring about changing my car. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a Renault or having one serviced.

I bought a car from this garage and when she put the car through a car wash, a scratch all the way down the near side was revealed. When I took this up with the manager John, he did not hesitate to offer to have the area re-sprayed. He even provided my daughter with a loan car. I had an intermittent electrical problem on my Ford Focus TDi, which was causing the engine to cut out randomly, which was obviously annoying and dangerous. They were determined to fix it and spent a lot of time on it, cleaning all the connections, updating the software, road testing, etc, and charged me only a couple of hours labour.

I recently decided to buy a new car and visited the trader mentioned,where we were able to test drive both the diesel and petrol version of the new Ford Focus,these test drives were arranged by a sales excetutive Mr Jon Clapp who gave us excellent advise on both their merits and suitable for us being low mileage drivers,and since we have purchased on the 12/04 /2011 a Ford Focus Titanium.Well don Jon Clapp.

I bought a used car from them. It was extremely good value for money and the staff were exellent. The vehicle came with a 12 month warrenty. A week after purchase it became apparent that there was a fault with the steering. The company took the matter on board with no argument. The car required a new steering rack which was obtained from the manufacturer and fitted. The whole business was done in no time, with courtesy and professionalism. The company did not try to wriggle out of their obligation in any way. I would definitely use the company again.

He sold me a 2002 Volkswagen Polo which defies my neglect and abuse by running perfectly. He won't bargain but he is honest and considerate.
