Replaced windows to front of close relatives house including one large bay window and one small hanging bay. Very professional with quotation (s.t.s), survey and fixed price delivery. Replaced and resealed roof over bay window and replaced supports for hanging bay. All done in 2 1/2 days with separate installers, roofer and plasterer included in price.

Double glazing installed on whole house (inc back and french doors)- competitive price (About 2-3k less than other national companies), nice salesman, nice surveyor and nice workmen who came in and did the whole job in 3 days - no complaints so far!

Bernie Cullen constructed a disabled toilet for me recently in a hall of my wife's church. I asked Bernie to undertake the job following receipt of quotes from 3 Which? Local recommended builders. His quote was the lowest (just), so I was satisfied that the price was right. The work was carried out in a reasonable time and to a good standard. I have invited Bernie to quote for further work on the church hall. Very satisfied

I got Martin's number from the Which-Local site a couple of years ago and even without the other benefits, this alone makes the subscription fee money very well spent. Martin is totally trustworthy and an excellent builder, plasterer and cabinet-maker. He has rebuilt my bathroom using aquaboard, replastered rooms and built a cabinet into an alcove to house a music system. I've just had him back to build an external boundary wall and for internal plastering. I used to get several quotes from different people but now, just go straight to Martin. He is reliable, very knowledgeable and, whilst offering advice and information, does not press his own opinions of what wants doing on you. He cleans up after himself and is a perfectionist. He is solid gold and I'm really grateful for the Which-Local review that gave me his number.

We have recently had a complete bathroom refurbishment & remedial work done to 2 bathroom ceilings following new light fittings. Jim & Jo were very professional & easy to deal with. Always on time & we are very happy with the quality of workmanship. We live in Central London. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Invoices were received immediately after payment too.

The most competant and versitile tradesman I have ever had who prides himself on a high standard of work which is bourne out by my experience of him. Initially the job was to refurbish and decorate two bed rooms but due to unseen problems with a ceiling and wet rot in some rafters it became a much larger job all of which were taken in their stride and dealt with, it did of course add to the cost but was within reasonable parameters and my budget.The work was carried out with a lot of cosideration as to my needs in the house and nothing was done without consultation and mutual approval.

Dariusz provided us with a new bathroom, refitted a bedroom and remodelled our kitchen and existing bathroom - all in 6 weeks with professional builders, personal contact every day and a terrific, caring attitude. I cannot recommend him and his services highly enough. He and his colleagues were on time every day, needed minimal supervision, were completely trustworthy and came in on budget. Every change to the original plan was discussed thoroughly with us and the cost implications were made clear to us. He did a fantastic job and we would have no hesitation in asking him to do any further jobs for us.
