We have used Andrew's team for major refurbishments down to simple repairs. They work to a very high standard and every one of his team is without fail, polite, competent and tidy. We have used several builders prior to Andrew who have let us down in ways both large and small. In our opinion, it's not worth compromising on choice of builders.

He recently redecorated my sitting room, for the second time. He did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the results. I would happily recommend him - he is punctual, reliable and trustworthy. His preparation is extremely thorough, and he leaves the place clean and tidy. Good value.

We were recommended this builder by a tradesman we knew, who said they were skilled, reliable and fairly priced. We found that to be true. Work undertaken included structural changes, new bathroom and cloakroom, new stairs, new ceilings and full decoration. All work was done to a very high standard, and the boss (Andy) was always available on his mobile if any problems arose. We would certainly use them again.

Mark takes a pride in his work and is reliable, honest and a hard worker. Mark has done a lot of work on my house over the past 3 years and I am always happy with the standard and outcome. Mark is also a member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen. I thoroughly recommend him to you.

Mr Fisher came on personal recommendation and he gave a service that was nothing short of outstanding. Single handed, under most difficult access conditions (Our bungalow is 93 years old), he completely transformed our shower/toilet room. He replaced the existing 44 year old shower unit and adjacent wash basin with very well designed and faultlessly installed modern units including shower seat essential for my partially disabled wife. Ancillary work work demanded multiple valve servicing/replacement strip lighting installation and most accomplished making good of exterior rough cast work. Floor tiling demanded toilet removal & re-installation. Shower installation included excellent floor to ceiling tiling. The installation maximised exploitation of the available space & services giving a final effect fat exceeding our most demanding expectations. For "desserts"-gratis, he re-tuned all our TV sets, and repaired my wife's computer! He accomplished all of this work in only 10 days, including essential interruptions e.g. for sealant curing, location & securing of wall fittings. His exemplary innovative thoroughness included a total clean up at every stage. His range of professional skills, attention to minute detail & problem anticipation was of a standard unmatched hitherto in our 50+ years of home ownership, wish we'd known of him on all previous occasions. We would unequivocally choose him for all future work & advise others that alternatives could prove a serious - and expensive - error of judgement. All was achieved at very reasonable cost, in bad weather. Predictably, he is a most pleasant and helpful person.

We needed a supporting wall and chimney breasts removed. trader gave us a reasonable quote and talked through the whole works with us before beginning the job and we felt we could trust them. We accepted their quote and they completed the job really well. They arrived when they said they would, erected dust sheets to minimise the mess, cleared up tidily at the end of each day, dealt sensibly with the building inspectors and finished the job on time. As importantly, their attitude towards us and our house was excellent. There was no excessively loud music or bad language. We would recommend them to anyone.

Tom and his team built us a one-storey extension at the rear of our house. This included fitting a wooden floor throughout the ground floor, making recommendations for the siting of the velux windows in the roof which increased the light coming into the extension and advising us about the electrical points positioning and types so we can install wireless technology/satellite installations as required in the future. Tom always discussed a range of options and provided a superb lighting system that is practical and efficient. They also plumbed in the new kitchen, organised the electrical supply and made recommendations about the water supply in the house. They advised us on the type of folding doors for the back of the house too. Everything that was suggested and carried out has been really practical and useful. Throughout the build his team were polite and extremely tidy. They also considered the safety of our two young children when leaving tools and equipment on site, without being asked or reminded. They worked 8am to 5pm including saturdays and stayed longer when necessary, eg fitting the steel beam and completing the concrete floor. We saw a regular team every day plus specialists for the roof and bricklaying, plumbing and heating. I think people might be concerned at the level of English and some odd phrases on the website (!), but I think few people get that far, as he works so much on personal recommendation - he is very busy! We found that when he is working on your project he is totally committed and reliable. As I have mentioned our friends have used his team for their building projects since and found the same high levels of satisfaction. He has just finished a return trip to us to redecorate the slight cracks in the paint from the building work settling. I am very happy to recommend this man and his company.
