We were recommended this builder by a tradesman we knew, who said they were skilled, reliable and fairly priced. We found that to be true. Work undertaken included structural changes, new bathroom and cloakroom, new stairs, new ceilings and full decoration. All work was done to a very high standard, and the boss (Andy) was always available on his mobile if any problems arose. We would certainly use them again.

Mark takes a pride in his work and is reliable, honest and a hard worker. Mark has done a lot of work on my house over the past 3 years and I am always happy with the standard and outcome. Mark is also a member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen. I thoroughly recommend him to you.

At last, a builder I can rely on and trust. Carl Narborough and his team, trading as HAH Design & Build, have recently completed a 7-week programme of building works for us including the installation of an en suite bathroom in an existing bedroom; and the removal, refurbishment and re-instatement of a flat roof/balcony. Carl has a 'can do' attitude, enjoys problem-solving and carries out work to a very high standard. He's not the cheapest but, as is usual in life, you get what you pay for. I have no hestitation in recommending him to others and would certainly use his services again.

This highly skilled team of professionals, redesigned a planned extension to cause the minimum of fuss and expense always bearing in mind that they needed to accomodate the needs of a disabled person. Not only were they professional in building the extension including a wet-room and disabled access throught the whole plot, but all the tradesmen they employed were just as brilliant. I have never felt the need to give such a high level of praise in my lifetime.

We needed a supporting wall and chimney breasts removed. trader gave us a reasonable quote and talked through the whole works with us before beginning the job and we felt we could trust them. We accepted their quote and they completed the job really well. They arrived when they said they would, erected dust sheets to minimise the mess, cleared up tidily at the end of each day, dealt sensibly with the building inspectors and finished the job on time. As importantly, their attitude towards us and our house was excellent. There was no excessively loud music or bad language. We would recommend them to anyone.

Kris Bolesta has done two pieces of work for us: a garage rebuild in 2010 and a set of major renovations in the house more recently. Throughout, Kris has been incredibly friendly and helpful, with a high standard of finish, and always keen to make sure that we are happy with everything. He and his team have done significant structural changes, removing a supporting wall and inserting a new beam, as well as general joinery and plumbing. Through the four months of our most recent project, there was someone on site every day. We have been very pleased with our experience with Kris, and would recommend him.

We've had Marlin in to do 3 jobs for us on our house - sealing and insulating the loft, building an office extension, and redecorating our daughter's bedroom (and our neighbour rated their work enough to get them around to do his house too). All the jobs were done to budget and on time. They keep the place tidy while they're working, are nice and friendly, and are a family firm that's been in the area for a few decades now. I would recommend them, although I suspect you might find a good few quotes cheaper - with the attendant worry that you might be hiring cowboys who'll disappear with your money. This lot are a quality crew, and if we have any more building jobs, Marlin will be at the head of our list.

An excellent interior decorating service. Vitalij and Sarah are a great couple and have a skilled team. I had a leak in the ceiling due to squirrels chewing the pipes, which led to the whole ceiling having to be replaced and the walls repainted. They did an excellent job, and tidied it up perfectly after. My teenage son who was at home said the workmen were really good and professional.

George was recommended to me by a friend to refurbish my bathroom. George came on time and gave a quote and allowed me the time to reflect on the quotation. He did not push me. He said the work will take 5 days to complete and I gave him the keys to my house, so he could work in the house while I was at work. I checked with other recommendations before I released the keys with him. He tidied up at the end of every day and gave a very reasonable quote compared to other builders. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard. I would recommed his services to anyone and used him on several occassions. I have recommended him to others and have only had glowing reports about his work.
