We have used Pat on many occasion in our old house and new house, his work is of very good quality,he has always been very helpful, clean, tidy and polite. We are over the moon with ALL the work he has done for us and would highly recommend him.

Roman and his team renovated an existing bathroom and created a new bathroom in an existing bedroom. They arrived early every morning, 6 days a week and worked to a very high standard over 4 weeks. They were very clean and tidy in everything they did and we are very impressed with the result. I would be happy to use them again. Although the work took longer than expected, Roman honoured his original quotation and we were impressed with that as well

We had previously used these builders for a couple of smaller jobs so were confident they would do a good job. We originally thought we would have our old terraced house just redecorated but ended up having the whole house refurbished to include a new kitchen, bathroom and toilet, wooden flooring throughout, re-plastered walls and ceilings, all alcoves converted to shelves and cupboards, new TV ariel , replacement of all doors and redecoration throughout. The standard of work from John & Jim and their associated workers was first class. They suggested ideas In keeping with the age of the house we had not even thought of and reinstated some period features previously stripped from the house. All the workers were happy to explain each stage as they went along which was very reassuring for us. I do not know how theses builders compare cost wise as we considered their standard of work and reliability more important than cost. However we are very happy with the total cost of the work especially when we see how lovely our house is. John & JIm are very easy to talk to as were all the workers and at no time were we made to feel a nuisance for asking too many questions. We will definitely use these builders again.

Roman organised the removal of old plaster, re-plastering and redecoration in a bedroom. His friendly team worked hard and kept the place tidy throughout. Roman's management of the work was highly professional, he was a pleasure to deal with and we will ask him to quote for future work at our house.

Roman carried out some plumbing tasks for me recently: investigating and rectifying a leaking shower unit which was recessed into a tiled wall, replacing a tap in the garden, and fixing a dripping pipe in the roof. The bathroom shower proved to be a complex challenge, and Roman took time to explain the nature of the complications and the choices of action available to us. He was able to resolve the problem without breaking any tiles and was kind enough to point out that the unit would be likely to leak again in 5 years (the alternative was to remove the cartridge to replace the seals but this would mean breaking some of the tiles which I was reluctant to do). Roman was polite, professional and carried out his work diligently. He contacted me beforehand to let me know he was running 10 minutes late. I would definitely use him again.

Keith and his team carried out extensive repairs to brickwork on my Edwardian house. This involved repointing, the replacement of window arches and brickwork that had spalled. The work was carried out in an expert manner; the team worked fast and hard and kept to the budget quoted. They were all easy to work with and clearly knew their trade. All the damaged brickwork has been fully restored to what it must have looked like when the house was originally built.

Keith and his team arranged scaffolding and re-pointed our entire house within 2 weeks. Excellent job, lovely people and cleared away at the end of each day. Couldn't fault them at all and a competitive price as well. Would recommend this trader to everyone as it was truly a superb job well done.

Roman and his team recently removed a couple of walls in our house and did a wonderful job. They were quick, tidy and the communication before and after was great. When a pipe leaked (due to faulty parts not their work) he came back the next day and put it right. Would absolutely use again.

Keith and his team built a front garden wall, and front boundary wall at my property. Once they started the job, they were very quick at constructing the walls and also painting the front gate posts. He was very helpful in choosing the bricks and the railings that went with the wall design. He returned to paint the railings, once attached and clearly takes pride in his work. Very pleased overall with the walls with finished railings and at a reasonable price.

Igor's work is of the highest standard. He takes care and pride in his work and the results are outstanding with a high quality finish. Igor is able to complete a wide variety of tasks including plumbing, other (non-plumbing related) bathroom fitting work, carpentry, working with wood generally, painting, decorating, plastering. If you have a large job then he is also able to bring highly skilled assistants with him to enable you to finish the job faster. Igor is excellent value for money and can work to specified deadlines. He will offer advice and speaks excellent English. He is also a very nice man and 100% trustworthy. After using Igor and his associates for a large renovation job that lasted months I would highly recommend him with no reservations.
