CBC were employed to build a dormer extension for us. We were delighted with the work, which was done to a high standard. Trevor and his team were very pleasant to have around and we were impressed with their approach to the project. A lot of thought went into their work - several times they came up with creative ways to get the best out of the construction, which improved the overall outcome. The work was completed quickly and on budget. CBC are highly recommended.

Contacted Steve who came out promptly to investigate why water was leaking into my cellar. Repaired some external concrete quickly and effectively. Problem solved at reasonable cost. Will definitely use Steve again.

I telephoned just after 9-00am and asked that someone could come and have a look at a coulpe of leaks in my roof. Steve and his Dad were on my doorstep at 12-30 and carried out an inspection there and then. They told me what the problem was and sorted it out on the spot. They also replaced some pointing which had been poorly done by someone else. Very effient and courteous and didn't charge the earth either. Recommended!!!

During the past few weeks we have had a fence, a doubleglazed window and new stonework to the front of our home. The standard was exemplary. The cost reasonable. The work began and completed on time. Superb and will use again. A1 all the way.

Employed trader to renovate a 1 bedroom house. All work was carried out efficiently, to an excellent standard and at a reasonable cost. The property was left tidy at the end of each day. Kevan Copeland, the owner of trader , was easy to deal with and very helpful. Work carried out included digging and tanking out a cellar, building a wall, fitting a kitchen, fitting a bathroom, tiling, plumbing, plastering and creating a pleasant garden area. I am very happy with trader and would definitely recommend them for any house and/or garden related work.

Steve and his mate came round on a Saturday morning to check the state of our roof. They replaced one tile and reset a couple more all within an hour and for a very reasonable price. Would definately use them again.

Follow up review: Don't look anywhere else if you need a builder. Steve has a nucleus of young craftsmen who will complete your work efficiently and to a high standard. The replacement, extended Velux windows installed by Steve Tann have transformed my loft/bedroom area. The property is a much more attractive proposition now that the associated building work is complete.

Had water coming into store room and kitchen during the 'horizontal' rain this winter. Rang Mr Flat and came round same day, he knew what was the cause and returned following morning when light and fixed it. He called back a after a week or so to check if all OK.

Steve repaired our extension roof by lifting the slates and re-felting as rain water was coming into the house. Steve and his assistant made a really good job and explained exactly what had been carried out.
