Maciej and Lucas installed under floor heating and laid engineered wood in our house. They were quick, reasonably priced and did the job well. They final price was the same as what was originally quoted, and the job took exactly the amount of time originally estimated. We would recommend him and are having him back when he is free to do other renovations to the house.

I find the April 03, 2013, review impossible to understand because my experience with Jamie and Jaydoc could not have been better. He replaced my kitchen ceiling after an upstairs water leak brought it crashing down. He came the day after I contacted him and provided a detailed estimate. Those carrying out the work were true professionals, working to very high standards, cleanly, efficiently and very pleasantly. They arrived promptly and completed the work within the time scale I had been given. And the cost of the job matched the estimate; not hidden extras. I would have no reservations about recommending Jamie and Jaydoc to any of my friends as I am certain they would get value for money.

Ronnie and his team renovated our main bedroom and iving room- including skimming, plastering (some very bumpy walls) and building beautiful bespoke cupoards and shelves at a great price. We are very pleased with the final result, the rooms have been transformed from dark and dingy to light and airy. Due to the nature of the walls the work took a bit longer than planned but Ronnie and the team were polite, friendly, professional and tidy. Very good value for money too. We would recommend Ronnie and will use him again in the future.

We just got Leka back to replace some floorboards so we could paint them (which every other builder and floor person thinks is a laughable idea!). He did an amazing job, including replacing the joists which were in a terrible condition, redoing all the skirting, fixing a leak, fixing the guttering which we hadn't noticed was soaking our kitchen wall (evidenced by lots of moss growing on it!), fixing insulation underneath the floorboards, and relaying a fireplace and retiling it beautifully. They also put up some shelves and put up with our quirky requirements. The room looks clean and magnificent now and I was impressed (yet again) at how clean and considerate they are while working and how they tidy up at the end of each day. Even parts that would eventually be out of site (in the floor space, they cleared out so it would be neat, that is really attention to detail! Very pleased, highly recommended, and will have them back again in an instant!

I contacted Ali Wittick after reading feedback from here to repair and modify a garden wall and front entrance and found him helpful and very pleasant to deal with. He worked very hard throughout in bad weather and I have no hesitation in recommending him. I would certainly use him again for any future needs.

Vitalis plastered a large wall in my house. He did a really super job, at a fair price, at times that suited me. He clearly takes a lot of pride in his work and is a real professional. He is impeccable in terms of tidying up. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

We felt very lucky to have Maciej and his team as our builders. And that was on a 3 month major house renovation project with us and our children living in the house throughout. They were reliable and super-tidy throughout. Even on the day they took down the pitched-roof ceiling prior to insulating behind it, there was no mess by the time we arrived home. The standard of Maciej's work was excellent from the start. We requested quotes from several builders, including others recommended on W?Local. Maciej's quote was the first back, by far the most detailed and thought out, and the most competitively priced. He and his team have transformed a shabby Victorian house on three floors inside and out. We now have a small storage loft (other builders said it couldn't be done), insulation in the pitched roof, smooth walls and ceilings, repaired floorboards with some stripped and varnished and others painted, beautifully restored banisters and fireplaces, and lots of well-designed, beautifully executed new shelves, cupboards and wardrobes. They've painted the outside and laid a new path, driveway and garden area. Maciej has really high standards and impressive attention to detail. He's great at coming up with suggestions to improve things, flexible in his approach and very good at sourcing both everyday materials and the more complicated ones such as a company to strip the ancient paint from the banister spindles and restore a heavily painted fireplace to a 'blackleaded' look. He also fixed various minor-but-annoying things around the house that weren't strictly part of the job, including cutting some screws to size to fix my husband's briefcase when it fell apart before an important meeting. We can't recommend him highly enough.

Used JDR on a recommendation from friend for some minor building work and mainly plastering. Jack kept to his price, his arrival times and his work was extremely good and tidy, would recommend to anyone

Valmir and his team did some plastering in my living room. This work was done to a very high standard - I have used other plasterers in the past but this was the best plastering anyone has ever done for me. The clearing up afterwards was also done to a very high standard. I will definitely be using trader again in the future and I do not hesitate to recommend them.
