By the time our 5 month association with Create and Convert came to an end we were in no doubt we had chosen well. They were not the cheapest of the 6 companies who quoted for the work (unfortunately for us) but given the presentation, the discussions and our gut feeling we chose well.From the beginning they fitted in well to our family life and understood that disruption such as being without a kitchen with young children would be a problem and they worked round that.They were reliable, friendly, hard working, tidy and respectful and virtually became part of the family! There were some issues with sub contractors but these were dealt with and I doubt such issues would continue.Our architect was impressed with their work and we have recommended them many times and will continue to do so.

The firm removed wooden caps to the external beams of our conservatory and replaced them with aluminium Capex. Two men worked for a full day and finished the job to our complete satisfaction

These guys fitted some fire doors and bathroom extractors at very short notice as I was in a hurry. They were quick, courteous, of high quality and reasonably priced.

Have used Gary and his team for the past thirteen years, for jobs ranging in size from small, to a full house extension. Good workmanship at reasonable cost, every time. The biggest recommendation is that when things go wrong, as they sometimes do, TT never walk away from the problem. They fix it.

Did an excellent job on our extension/alterations. Foreman/owner very approachable & fair. Workmen were pleasant/hard working and respectful of our property. Like all other builders were slow to complete the final snags but did sort everything we wanted and left the place tidy. Kept to the price quoted.

Ward Bannerman and Ian Taylor's work in our flat (opening and fitting internal windows, converting a mezzanine space for storage) was truly excellent: professional, efficient, friendly, trying to minimize any impact on our living space, and reasonably priced. They are very experienced builders and it shows. Highly recommended.

David and his team built us a brilliant extension last year. They weren't the cheapest, but having heard all the horror stories from our friends about their work we were delighted with them. Everything was done well, solidly and promptly. They kept exactly to the 12 weeks they estimated, and we never felt we had to constantly check up on and correct what they were doing - they did it right first time. They kept the main house intact for as long as possible (until the extension was weathertight and secure), and when they finally did break through they did so with a minimum of fuss, dust or mess. They didn't quibble about minor changes, and they dealt promptly with the couple of minor snagging issues we discovered - even several months after the 6-month snagging period. We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable builder. They may be slightly more expensive, but it's worth it for peace of mind.

Graham and Lee did a fantastic job on my outside stair working in conjunction with Grays Fabrication in Cupar. It was a complicated job which both firms worked hard on. Delighted with the result and the service. Other firms did not return calls when they saw the surveyor's report. G and L and Grays were wonderful - work was completed on time and for a very reasonable price. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Kevin and his colleague Danny worked on our front garden. They built new stone pillars, topped and harled our walls, laid a new driveway and path with Marshalls mono block. They arranged for new gates through their contact, Stuart. The price quoted was competitive. On the basis of the overall completed project and the attitude and trust that I had in Kevin and the rest of the team, I would have no hesitation in recommending you discuss any projects you may have with Kevin. My only caveat would be around any electrical work. This work was given to a contact of Kevin's (Chris) who on the basis of the quality of work carried out, I could not recommend.
