After outstanding work for us in in Birmingham, we asked if he would renovate our daughter's flat in Cambridge. He and his equally excellent team fitted a new boiler and central heating system, fitted a new kitchen and bathroom, laid new wooden floors throughout and painted and decorated the whole flat. They brought air beds with them and slept in the flat during the week and worked from 7.30 in the morning until late in the evening to complete the work in less than four weeks. They ensured that only quiet jobs were done in the evening.He organised everything and the results were perfect - we have just never experienced such high standards and excellent service anywhere else.

Called Jez after seeing all his excellent reviews on Which. He came out promptly when we requested to inspect our shower which was running luke warm. He said he'd have to come out again to gauge what was required, as the shower was fitted into the wall, the model also being difficult to access. He said he wouldn't charge for the inspections or any call out, as he wasn't sure that he would be able to fix it or replace. Luckily we had been given a replacement shower unit previously by engineer when it was under guarantee, and Jez was willing to give it a go. He completed the re-fit in good time although it was a difficult job and charged a very reasonable price. We would not hesitate to recommend Jez, who was also friendly and also able to explain fully the implications.

Andrew worked hard on our hall, stairs and landing, putting in very long days in order to finish in the quoted time. He gave advice on how to deal with some unusual configuration. We were pleased with the results and would recommend him to others.

Wayne and his team have just completed a kitchen for us and everything said about him is true!! Ours was not an easy project as we had clear ideas of what we wanted and had chosen the units, the wall tiles, the worktops and the paint colour - in addition there were new electrics to wire, the floor wasn't level and being an old house the walls aren't straight! We needed a good guy to put it all together - and we scored gold! No pursing of lips and sucking of breath as I showed him "The Plan" - we are really thrilled to bits / over the moon. The kitchen is as we dreamed and the quality of workmanship and attention to detail is superb. We have already recommended him to a friend, and a visitor recently commented on the "excellent job" and asked us who had done the fitting. We have asked him to do further work on our property and his number will always be our only call in the future. If, like us, you want quality work then have no hesitation in calling him.

Wayne has just completed some work for us replacing skirting board and architrave. His work is of an extremely high standard and we're really pleased with the end result. As we are waiting to replace a carpet and the job was relatively small, we were lucky that he managed to fit us in really quickly which helped us out enormously. He is a really pleasant, friendly person and the house was left spotless afterwards. I have no hesitation in recommending Wayne and we will definitely be using him again in the future to replace some doors and for any other work even if we have to wait.

Martin quoted for bathroom, en-suite and downstairs cloaks, he and his team delivered on time and cleared everthing away, they never left us without water or heating, an exellent job and would recommend them to anyone

I contacted Jim when my combi boiler broke down on a Saturday night. He was very knowledeable about my make of boiler and identified possible problems over the phone. He gave me a quote for parts and service, which was only slightly higher due to a weekend callout, and was able to come on the Sunday morning to do the repairs. He arrived on time, was efficient and pleasant and left everything tidy. I was very pleased with the service.

A major house renovation was carried out with skill, courtesy and speed, and my daughter is delighted with the results. The price for the work done was extremely fair, and she was kept informed throughout of how much it was costing, and how it was progressing. Excellent!

I used Jez after reading the reviews on the site to sort out a leakage in my kitchen sink. He came on very short notice, kept to the price he quoted I only paid extra for a new tap as the old one had to be replaced. Very impressed with his workmanship and would certainly use him again.
