I contacted Mike Hamilton of Time Machine to sort out our overgrown pond in the autumn when he was too busy with garden design work. However, he said that he would call back when he was free. To my surprise he contacted me in February offering to do the job. He was fast and efficient and managed to make the pump work and the pond look respectable in less than five hours for which he charged £180 including VAT He was pleasant and chatty and was clearly very experienced in sorting out pond problems. We arranged that he would give the pond 'a service' once a year to prevent it becoming too disordered.

I used this company when my 12 year old pond needed cleaning out of debris. The company came and quoted for the job, turned up on time and had all the necessary equipment to empty out the fish (into their own tank), syphon off the rubbish and then replace the fish, plants, stones, etc. and the pond looked like new. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will be using them again.

We have now used Bowood Lanscapes twice. The first occasion was to build a dry stone retaining wall for a raised area of the garden. The second occasion was to replace a pond liner in a difficult shaped pond and re-shape the pond margins with additional rocks. On both occasions we have been very pleased with the results. The quotes were competitive. The quality of materials and workmanship was excellent. The workmen were friendly and enthusiastic, and left the garden clean and tidy when they finished. Communication with the proprietor Andy Woodason by phone and/or email was good. They seem to be booked up at least three months or more ahead, but I guess that is a sign of a steady business with repeat customers.

Tony and his assistant did an excellent job on our driveway, which was joint with our neighbours. Very careful and tidy work, always polite and thoughtful. Job took a little longer than expected but this was mainly due to the bad weather. Would have no hesitation in recommending Tony for good price and excellent workmanship. Very pleased with the result.

trader (owner), Dan Brain, completed, in October 2012, a ‘winter preparation’ maintenance of my garden pond. It comprised cleaning out the mechanical filter unit, checking the UV filter, pruning and removing excess iris tubers, checking the pond electrics and fitting a replacement pond net. All done efficiently, promptly and with cheerful customer service - at a value-for-money price. Once again, I recommend trader .

Once again, I have received high quality, value-for-money service from trader (owner Dan Brain). This latest service comprised a mid-summer pond maintenance equipment check and clean for my garden koi pond. This is the third time I have engaged Dan and once again I am much impressed with his customer service.

This person has been laying driveways and Landscape Gardening in this area for many years. We thoroughly investigated his previous works, and decided that he was the person for us. He works with his son who is a Civil Engineer, and their work profile was outstanding. The end result was thrilling to see, I would recommend them to anyone. We had a "block paving" driveway and door steps built. If you need a driveway (or similar) use them, they are magnificent.
